“I was looking for a Clarke Tools wire wheel for a bench grinder. PTD 's website listed one but showed a photo of a cheap non-descript one which would not have fit the Clarke 6 inch grinder. I emailed PTD asking which wheel they are actually selling. After some initial denials they stated that the photo was of the wrong item and replaced it with a pic of a Clarke wheel. I then had no hesitation in buying one. Although the website was very misleading, I believe that the company is pretty good and would recommend them because: 1) they did actually respond to my question, 2) they swiftly corrected the error and 3) they supplied the correct item within 2 days at a competetive price”

“Ordering and updates great. Only one criticism, lost some of the liquid out of the bottles, whilst in transit. Need to seal the tops better. Otherwise great product”

“Overall, very good. Order was not in stock and this was not relayed until I got in touch via email. However, the agent was swift in finding out what the issue was and giving me options. Within days my order was then delivered.”

“Good communication, product arrived as ordered and in the specified time frame. Item was not packaged that well being only partially wrapped in black plastic top and bottom. Nevertheless the item arrived in good condition via DHL.”

“Very good bit slow on delivery but when dispatched overnight delivery is given and next day arrives, great prices though for brand names will keep using them and recommend to anyone. Despatch takes to long in my opinion”

“Order went smoothly until delivery was due. Paid for express delivery yet it got delayed. Product was not very strong and you can tell it was on the cheap end. Ends not very sharp for digging and wood kept flexing when using.”
