“100% awarded for customer services. 100% awarded for price. 50% for delivery, which was early but sadly poor packaging led to items inside being broken. Bubble wrap would have most likely prevented the damage but also better treatment of the parcel by the courier company would have also helped. My issue was very quickly resolved, so this gives me faith for further purchases.”

“Delivery went very smoothly and if you could feedback to Palletways that the delivery man was excellent at getting the item in the garage. As for Sealy’s instructions they are not at all clear and what should have taken an hour or two took 4 hours to complete. Overall very happy with Power Tools Direct.”

“Received my order today exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I paid £10.95 for express delivery which took 5 working days. Never the less, easy to use web site and good service I would highly recommend Power Tools Direct and would use them again.”
