“The product was cheaply and poorly made, the mortice gauge which was what l mainly wanted is awful there was so much varnish on it l had torub it donn to use it and the mortice points are blunt and a different height l cannot be arsed to send it back but l should.”

“Delivery was fine once finally advised by the courier service several days from the order date so timescales are greater than expected. The condition and manner of packaging materials was of a high standard to better rely on the condition of goods. The order was attempted to be amended (quantities increased) however online reply was slow and the response given to this request was rejected without explanation unfortunately, especially as additional delivery costs could have been avoided.”

“Easy to order and PTD had what I wanted in stock, unlike a lot of local suppliers. Competitively priced too. So a big plus there. I prefer to have goods delivered to a local pick up point if possible rather than my house which unfortunately is not possible with Royal Mail. Their predicted delivery days are also very unreliable. So, an alternative courier option would be good.”

“The box arrived without any outer wrapping and had been re-sealed in transit. Some of the small bits were missing and it was a pretty frustrating couple of hours trying to figure out what was missing as they don't give you a parts list! However after a couple of e-mails to Power Tools Direct they gave me a full refund so that was pretty good service. Things will go wrong, and when they do, it's how the thing is dealt with that's important.”

“My order arrived sooner than I expected and the parcel contained the right products. Well done! However, some of the spray bottles were leaking as they were packed laid down instead of standing up. I know it is not easy to have the right packaging for everything. I can't rate 5 stars because of the leak (it could be due to the transportation as well) but I will definitely order again with Power Tools Direct. Thank you.”
