“Good value product, the only slight issue I had was the time it took from order to delivery, almost 1 full week despite paying £7 for delivery. Other than this, no problems at all, the charger works really well and was priced better than anyone else.”

“Good prices & one of the few stocking the stone colour trowel mastic I needed for blonde sandstone. A close match obtained too. Very good response from customer services, adding confidence. It would be useful if the delivery estimate at the order point, transferred to the email confirmation, as it left me trying to remember what date to expected delivery.”

“Reliable company to deal with. Quick delivery via Royal Mail. After-sales assistance is prompt and helpful, although via e-mail. I was unable to speak directly on the phone with a technical adviser, which I always prefer, since a quick conversation with an expert can ofter resolve an apparently complex problem with minimum delay or fuss (hence my 4-star rating, which otherwise would have been 5-star). Power Tools Direct have a very good range of brands and products (in this case a Sealey grease gun). Should the need arise in future, I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.
