“Good prices & one of the few stocking the stone colour trowel mastic I needed for blonde sandstone. A close match obtained too. Very good response from customer services, adding confidence. It would be useful if the delivery estimate at the order point, transferred to the email confirmation, as it left me trying to remember what date to expected delivery.”

“Reliable company to deal with. Quick delivery via Royal Mail. After-sales assistance is prompt and helpful, although via e-mail. I was unable to speak directly on the phone with a technical adviser, which I always prefer, since a quick conversation with an expert can ofter resolve an apparently complex problem with minimum delay or fuss (hence my 4-star rating, which otherwise would have been 5-star). Power Tools Direct have a very good range of brands and products (in this case a Sealey grease gun). Should the need arise in future, I would have no hesitation in buying from them again. “100% awarded for customer services. 100% awarded for price. 50% for delivery, which was early but sadly poor packaging led to items inside being broken. Bubble wrap would have most likely prevented the damage but also better treatment of the parcel by the courier company would have also helped. My issue was very quickly resolved, so this gives me faith for further purchases.”
