When I ordered my bike stand I new nothing of the company nor did I read the reviews so here goes,
Emailed after nearly one to to be advised that my order was in and as soon as shipped would be advised again, and soon as shipped Mon morning 2 emails one receipt of goods, and one confirming shipping and tracking details.
Arrived when said , and in perfect condition.
So my experience has been a very good one.
Based on this ,I will happily use this company again.
