“Very poor, this company does not answer the phone just suggests you email, days to reply to emails, then cancels the order due to no stock. Does not issue a refund just a credit so now have to chase. They are still inviting orders for the same product, saying its in stock and promising a 3 day delivery if ordered within 22 hours. After reading this you would be mad to order from this outfit”

“I ordered a box of collated screws for express delivery which was £7.95 on the 24/03/2026. They did not arrive until 04/04/2026. I tried to contact customer services with no response. I had to find another website for the screws as the job needed to be completed that week.”

“Placed an order with this company 7 days ago, with delivery 14th or 15th of April. On the 16th I rang them just for it to go to an answer phone message every time. Rang again on the 17th same thing again, so sent a message. A few hours later had a message back just showing all their reviews but no answer to where my goods are. This is a joke ,that they don’t even answer the phone, bad Company be aware….”

“Ordered over a week ago. No delivery nor dispatch information. Two ‘Welcome’ and ‘Thanks for your order’ emails telling me how great they are. One delivery enquiry submitted by me and ignored by them. No product. No news. Definitely no more orders going their way from me. Rubbish service.”

“Ordered 4 April, it is now cob 13 April. Order still showing as 'processing'. No reply to email and they never answer the phone. I appreciate we have had Easter but getting no reply to the only 2 methods they provide to contact them is shoddy. A reply saying they are experiencing delays would be enough. At the moment my money has disappeared into a black hole, I need the items or an ETA so I know whether to just buy it from Screwfix or if it will turn up tomorrow. Unimpressed so far. I can't even tell if their trade counter is still in operation to go and collect it in person. A complete lack of information or contact.”

“Still not received my order, nor any reply to my emails chasing it! Have a look at their reviews and you will notice far more bad ones than good, so I don’t think the 4.5 overall rating is correct do you?! This is why people turn to Amazon rather than local businesses when they treat you like this - at least Amazon gets the order to you next day! Very disappointed and will never use this company again and would urge anyone else to steer clear too. I will be seeking a refund via PayPal.”

“I make a complaint by email and you do not reply. You ALSO do not answer the phone. All I get is a message "Person is not available - GOODBYE" I mean how rude is that? So you are just another company keen to sell you stuff but when things are not right you suddenly disappear! Signs of a scam business. D Smith.”

“Only part of the order was delivered. The picture on-line showed two pieces a lever arm and a pivot block but only the arm was delivered. Which is useless on its own. I am NOT happy.”
