“i have not recieved my purchase yet dx express have failed to deliver on the stated date,failing to follow diversion signs which have been in place for 9 months.I have arranged for them to try again but i am not confident that they will deliver the purchase,they do not appear to be very bright.”

“My motorcycle dolley that took 7 days to arrive was dumped on my door step in a ripped open box. All the bolts are missing and im still waiting for a response from the company as without the fasteners this is next to useless. I received little to no information with regards to the shipping throughout this period and was wondering at some point if I had been scammed. Hopefully I will get a response soon as would rather not have to source these myself. Last time I will be buying anything from Power Tools Direct.”

“Very bad company to deal with. Placed an order payed for express delivery, on the day I was expecting delivery I emailed them to find out why I had had no delivery confirmation. I then received a email back saying the item was not available and they would issue a refund. They should not be advertising items that they do not have in stock.”

“Hi this rates regarding very poor service and very poor delivery service As with my experience so far i can't blame to courier company because on the time of order you charge delivery amount from customer and £6.95 is cost not cheap. After that did not dispatched order for week and when I contact with power tool direct they mentioned we did not dispatched due to short of staff. What a service. And I did asked to you failed to fulfill your promise. You should refund my postage cost. Then they stop communication with me. For sure not using again unless they improve there customer service. Thanks”

“Sent me a cheap make paint sprayer, even though I asked for a DEWALT and I have tried many times to contact them but no luck. The sprayer they sent is still in the broken cardboard box. I will never deal with them again. Selling fakes thinking people will not notice,Absalute disgrace.”

“I ordered four boxes of sleeper screws, three different sizes 200mm, 150mm, and 100mm the web site said that they were all in stock, I paid £7.99 for two day delivery. After three days I received an email saying that the 200mm screws were out of stock, then a few days later got another email saying that the 150mm were out of stock. I did receive refunds for both. after 10days I received the 100mm screws. So the end result was, I had paid £7.99 delivery for the one £6.12 box of 100mm screws. Powertools Direct need to get their act together! I wouldn't use them again.”

“Had no Delivery. Just continued to say processing. Emailed them got a remote response only. I would not buy from them if I had known that they do not gave it in stock or such items . Telephone is fake with Auto recording, “ we don’t have a VOICE LINE “”

“I decided to purchase from this store due to wanting to support local companies. Even though the item was stated as being 'in stock' on the web site, it was not! It was 'in stock' with the actual vendor I was told after chasing for updates. I waited 12 days for an 'in stock' item after paying nearly £8 for Express delivery. I was told to read the T&Cs. At best this is misleading and at worse this is deceitful. I will not be purchasing from this store again.”
