Cancelled my order.didn't give a reason. The product is still offered for sale on the website over 2 weeks later. No doubt wasting other people's time . Review. Useless.

Placed my order and waited 2 weeks. Heard nothing from you so contacted you. Was promised express delivery 2 days later. Waited 3 days and still never arrived. Asked for a refund as fed up with waiting. $ boxes of screws and you couldn't fulfill the order....jokers, avoid.

Poor service. Late delivery. No explanation, No offer of a discount. Impossible to reach somebody by phone. They do provide a phone number but then an automatic message tells you that 'they found it's more efficient for us the clients to write to them'. Yeap, I bet they did. AND we ordered 17 generators this time. If that's how they treat a Charity who ordered over 50 generators God save you if you order an electric screewdriver.

A company built on false promises, fake stock levels, and awful communication, and lies. YOU CANNOT HIDE BEHIND THE EXCUSE 'We are online only so therefore don't use a telephone' That's outdated, pathetic, and gives a dreadful customer experience. Why on earth don't you listen to all the awful reviews about your service and do something about it? I, as many, have used you once and will NEVER use you again. You are losing customers daily for a totally avoidable reason.

Very poor customer service. I waited four weeks for this and had to chase up on several occasions. Waited ages for a reply, you can't even ring these people and speak to them. I will never use again, very disappointed.

Bad communication not told my product was delivered to pick up point, I was told it wasn't in stock for weeks, instead it got delivered after I change my plans for the use of the chainsaw. Got direct information from Hyundia telling me my product had been returned and as for DPD they useless not even letting me know my product was at the pick up point . So between you I am very disappointed, I had to change so much of my plans because I was told I would not get the product in time and then to find out it had been at the pick before when I could of got it and taken it with me. NOT HAPPY. Nearly a month before I got it, had to be another product sent out direct from Hyundai, they have been Fantastic and the best anyone could wish for. Will not use your company again.

Ridiculous place order wait 8 days with no communication then email to find out why,, not in stock awaiting delivery, IF IT ISN'T IN STOCK DONT OFFER IT, or at least contact and inform your customer, this isn't rocket science it is poor customer service

Took the order and payment, then without notifying me, refunded to paypal. I only thought to check if something went wrong with the paymentcafter I waited past the estimated arrival date. Communication?

Delivery was stated as 4 days if I paid for express delivery. Item was not dispatched for 5 days. Contacted them to tell them I would be unable to accept delivery and was told they would cancel the order. I now find they have not bothered to and I will be unavailable to take delivery. This is 10 day later. Also tried to shift the blame to DHL. Check Trustpilot for more horror stories.

I ordered some screws on the 13th of September after a number of emails asking about my order I still have no response they have taken £90 but still have nothing to show it’s now 20th September

Ordered a compressor last month, came with broken systainer, they where quick to send a return label, was sent back, still waiting on a refund they just keep telling me they are still waiting on the returns department? It’s been the same reply 3 times now going on a month still not had my money back and still no reply from returns departments apparently! Also the tool took over a week to get to me even though it was down as next day delivery so it’s been 5 week from order. The reason the box came broke in the first place was because it was only wrapped in black plastic, I sent it back with bubble wrap in cardboard box. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. And still waiting on my money. Very disappointing.

Hard work to deal with. Very slow exchange of emails when a phone call could just quickly sort an issue out. I needed to know who was going to deliver the compressor I bought so I could track it and be at home when it comes, but they can't do that for some reason. I'm dreading how bad it will be dealing with them if it develops a fault while under guarantee.

Bought a Silverline GT52 azada / digging hoe to replace one I had stolen. On first inspection it was clearly poor quality - and significantly below the standard of my previous hoe - the head is poorly finished, and the handle is obviously softwood, not hardwood as described. I have asked powertoolsdirect to clarify exactly what kind of hardwood it’s supposed to be and they’ve failed to reply. The handle is very thick - to compensate for the softwood needing to be thicker for strength no doubt - is lacquered, making it as slippery as an eel and creates hand strain after 10 minutes of use (I’m a 15 stone 6’3” karate instructor, so it’s not me!). Fortunately further hand strain was avoided by the hoe head detaching itself after 10 minutes of use on previously dug ground. Now how could the head come off a digging hoe? Because the handle has not been turned with a flair at the end to prevent the head slipping off when used - this was revealed when the cheap plastic collar dislodged. A couple of screws I’ve put in to secure the collar went in like a hot knife through butter - softwood! Only a chocolate teapot is of worse design.
