“I placed an order on 12th January, today is the 23rd and no delivery to date, although they were quick enough to process the payment. Unreachable by phone, only a standard email reply saying they were experiencing a high volume of emails. I recommend avoiding dealing with this company.”

“DIABOLICAL COMPANY , ADVERTISING GOODS IN STOCK THEN DONT DELIVER ,STATING NOT AVAILABLE , LOST ME OVER A WEEK ON THIS JOB AND STILL NO DELIVERY BEEN 12 DAYS NOW , NOT EVEN. A REPLY TODAY TO AN E MAIL , "WARNING "DONT TRUST WHAT THEY CLAIM AS STOCK TO BE AVAILABLE TO DELIVER TO YOU , "BUT ,THEY WILL TAKE YOU MONEY "and no offer of a refund”

“Unbelievable so-called customer service. I placed an order which, at the time, was stated to be delivered within 2–3 working days. I then placed another order and was charged twice. Neither of the orders were delivered. After a few phone calls, they stopped responding completely. After several chasing emails, I finally received a response saying it would be delivered “tomorrow” — then again “tomorrow” and so on. It is now the second week and I still have no parcels, no refund, and no proper communication. Avoid — I don’t believe this is a genuine company, or something is seriously wrong, otherwise I don’t understand why they won’t answer the phone or deliver goods that have already been paid for.”

“Ordered a cooker hose on Jan 6 for a website delivery promise of Jan 12 which sounded good as I had a gas safe engineer booked for Jan 16. Plenty time for a days delay or two. Hose did not arrive. No answer to my emails. Had to rush out to Screwfix and get one. Hose arrived Jan 17, a day too late.”

“Received invoice straight away but after that no info regards delivery courier or tracking info. I needed to change my shift to be home when order arrived but despite many unanswered phone calls and emails we had a call by the courier on our land line?? to say between 7am and 7pm the following day, wife had to phone courier on the day to get a 3 hr window. Luckily I managed to get home in time. Good price but delivery info and not answering calls or email a shambles. Will not be ordering again.”

“What a complete waste of time this company is ! Order items listed as in stock to wait days for your delivery then when chased up you get a notification that your due a refund in several days because of no stock ! DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME GO ELSEWHERE Read the reviews I wish I had .”
