Ordered 2 saws, didn’t get a dispatch email for over a week, only when I emailed customer service did I receive one. Took 10 days to deliver

Ordered a product which said on line if I ordered within a set time it would be delivered in two days. Waited a week, nothing arrived, tried ringing the number on the web site, only to be told it's email only. Sent emails took a very long time to respond. Had to chase a few times. Eventually got a reply and it arrived nearly two weeks later. By then it was too late, very poor communication, very frustrating that you can't speak to someone despite advertising on the web site you can, won't ever use power tools direct again. Disappointed.

I star since unable to select zero! I placed an order last week. for 5 bottles of Plastikote Matt Black B2 paint because that's all you had in stock. Still not received. This is an urgent requirement. Emailed today asking when we can expect delivery, to be told you can't find the order. Fedex say that you still haven't given it to them. I tried to phone your company last week to ask about placing an order for 50 bottles. Your phone service asks me to email. Why the hell have a phone number on your website if customers are directed to email afyer paying for a call? Absurd. Order still not received. Please call me back on 07767 401950 Email replies have been unsatisfactory to say the least.

I ordered some items on 5th January and there was a little note saying I would receive my items by Tuesday 9th January if I ordered within the next 2 hours. So, I ordered the items and waited. I contacted PowerTools Direct on 15th January as they hadn't arrived and my order on their website was still saying it was processing. I received an apology on 16th January but with no explanation of what the delay was. They arrived on 17th January. Don't think I will be ordering from them again as a delay that long could cause me to lose a job and I can not rely on their ability to deliver on time.

They took money from me too without having the item in stock. Then made me wait a week after chasing them 4 times. Still didn't have the product and delayed my job. They have a phone number but don't answer it. So I would try ringing them first to see if you can get them to answer before placing an order or you could end up with the same disappointing service. I did get my money back but lost more by them messing me around. It's worth paying a few pounds more buying elsewhere.

Wrong item was sent. I called the company to recieve and automated message saying that all communication must go via email - the call then cut off. This resulted in several emails having to be sent over several days. The company insisted on the items being returned before sending out what I actually ordered despite this being their mistake. I am unlikely to buy from this company again.

Wrong product delivered and I've had to chase and chase to get it swapped to the product I actually ordered and still no news. I ordered the product for a job and still am waiting for what I paid for.

I was needing this slim long reach socket to secure my kitchen tap. Unfortunately I could have saved myself £7.12 if I had looked on another site first. I puchased the same spec socket for £2.99 which was delivered much quicker and with free postage

Placed an order a week ago , half of it turned up , asked when the rest was being sent , just got refund for the unsent items with no explanation ( should have used Amazon )

Ordered the part a week before Christmas and payed for next day delivery as part was indicated as in stock, after emails asking about my parcel it arrived on the 3rd of January.

Very dissatisfied with this company, I ordered 5 LED candles for my chandelier all the same so the warm light effect would be even. I paid for fast delivery so I could have them before Christmas. They arrived on time but there were only 4 candles instead of 5 and they were in different boxes clearly short on supplies. Having contacted the company I have been given a refund for the candle that was missing the point is that I would have preferred a cancelled order instead of a refund. I did not get any apology and still have to get another candle.

19/12/23 A few issues that let this company down Firstly I paid for express delivery and it came with palletways on economy. Secondly they claim they can have a parcel out to you in two days when ordering whereas I ordered on the 7th of December and only received the package on the 19th. No apologies for it being late no explanation as why it wasn’t on express delivery. As a business owner myself if something is wrong or we haven’t met up to our customers standards we try our up most with plenty of communication and try to resolve the issue as well as offering an apology. Very poor service with no sign of a refund on the express delivery charge which I didn’t receive and no apology either for the inconvenience.
