“How I wish I had read these reviews before I place the order. No free delivery cost £6:95. And no parcel received. Go to Manomano very good company and they supply the goods. They also respond to phone calls. Shocking service. I will try to get money back from my bank”

“Product hasn't been delivered. No email response and the telephone just rings and rings. Glad it wasn't much of an order as I don't expect to receive it. Many good tool companies online. Do not lose your money with this one”

“WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.THE PHONE NUMBER PROVIDED NEVER EVER ANSWER JUST KEEP RINGING I TRIED FROM LASG TO LAST WEEK FROM THURSDAY 12 th March TILL TUESDAY 19th MARCH NOT PROVIDED ANY TRACKING NUMBER SENT EMAILS TO CHASE THE ORDER ASKING THEM TRACKING NUMBER INSTEAD HELPING ME REPLING SOMETHING ELSE IN THE EMAIL ITEAM WAS DELIVERED I SEPT £700 ON AIR COMPRESSOR INCLUDED I THINK £70 DELIVERY DELIVERY COMPANY DIDNT EVEN CALLED ME THAT ONE PALLET IS COMING ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL MY HUSBAND WAS JUST LEAVING SUDDENLY DELIVERY TRUCK APPEARE.SO HE SEEN HIM IF I WAS ON MY OWN I WAS NOT ABLE TO DO ANYTHING AS IT SPOUSE TO BE 2 MEN DELIVERY BECAUSE IT WAS ABOUT 113KG.I WIL GIVE THIS COMPANY 1 OUT OF 10 IN THE EMAIL STAFF WAS RUDE.IN THE END THEY FINALLY PROVIDED ME THE TRACKING NUMBER ON WEDNESDAY NEXT DAY AFTER RECEIVING THE ITEM.”

“Shower of 💩 No customer service whatsoever. Have the barefaced cheek to charge Express next day delivery or 48hr delivery and literally NEVER SEND You can't honestly charge customers Express or next day delivery and not post for weeks People pay for Express or next day because they CLEARLY NEED THE ITEM QUICKLY No one available to speak to just an automated phone message claiming they'll get back to you Which they don't Just read the genuine reviews not the ones they manage to filter As said absolute Shower of 💩”

“I placed an order on 12th March and paid for Express Delivery, it was supposed to be delivered on 16th March. It is now the 18th March, we are a business losing production as we need the order. I have tried contacting them by phone, left a message, by email and through the contact page on their Website and no response!”

“Didn't receive my order, no reply to my email looking for an explanation, nobody to answer phone so left a voicemail which was not replied to. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so I can claim my money back.”

“Paid £6:95 for express delivery on Sunday. Still had not received the item by Friday. Rang the contact number several times but it just kept going to answer phone. Left a message but received no follow up call. Emailed several times but just got an email back saying the item had been dispatched. Emailed to ask when but got same generic email back. Item finally arrived on Saturday-definitely not express delivery. Really bad customers service.”

“Paid £6:95 for express delivery on Sunday. Contacted them by email on Friday to see where the order was and was just told it had been dispatched. Didn’t say when it was dispatched-despite me asking specifically-didn’t say when it would arrive. The contact number just rang out before going on to an answer phone. No follow up on the message left there. The order arrived on Saturday, 6 days after being placed-hardly express delivery. Really poor customer service.”

“The item took over 2 weeks to arrive despite being listed "In Stock" on the website. The company does not answer telephone calls or respond to voicemails or email. After 10 days I did receive an email to say there was a slight delay from the supplier. Charged £7.95 Delivery and Handling, courier method -Express Parcel , actually came in a small envelope by Royal Mail!”
