I placed my first and last order on 7th May with express delivery and have just filed for a refund via PayPal after waiting despatch details for 3 weeks with no updates or replies.

Ordered 6 items on the19/5/2026 to be delivered 20-21 /5/2026 all for a draper wet/dry,shampoo vacumme filters etc On the 26/5/2026 I was informed by PayPal I was getting a refund of £14.78, the original cost was £31.48 None of these items have been delivered i suspect never posted the refund is an insult As there is no answer on phone just a automated answer to wich nobody replies same as email sent on the 19/5/2026 asking for confirmation of order iam at an ends on what to do Questions below I've noticed have notation for never sent,no delivery courier used and delivery never made

Three days it took your delivery company to drop off my order. Two wasted days of waiting in. No explanation from them and no response to my questions sent to them.

Ordered two of the product, only received one. No delivery note included. I emailed immediately and left it for a week because the automated message stated they were receiving a high volume of messages. No response. Now I'm out of pocket. Very unhappy.

I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service received regarding order #1000616705. I placed my order on 6th May and, after still awaiting delivery, contacted the company requesting an update as I had a customer relying on these items. Despite sending a polite enquiry asking for a delivery timeframe, I initially received no response or update. The order was eventually delivered on Friday 15th May and I did receive an email, however there was no apology or explanation for the delay — simply notification that it had been shipped. Delays can happen and most customers understand that. As a business owner myself, I completely appreciate that things do not always go to plan. However, basic customer service and communication go a long way, and that was unfortunately lacking throughout this experience. To add to the disappointment, the items arrived in a cardboard box that was clearly not strong enough to support the weight inside. The packaging had torn during transit and looked damaged on arrival. Thankfully the items themselves had not been damaged, but that seemed more down to luck than adequate packaging. Overall, the issue was not simply the delay itself — it was the lack of communication, absence of any explanation or apology, and poor packaging that made this a frustrating experience.

Not good: I'm very disappointed given the positive Trust Pilot reviews. 1) I paid express delivery to which one is defaulted (£7.95 increasing to £9.95 once I added an item, cancelling out the 5% discount ) when I ordered on 4 May so expect to receive the parcel that week - as per the timer on the order page. It did not arrive. After leaving a voicemail and emailing, I receive a standard email explaining issues with staff shortage. 2) DX delivery despite rescheduling delivery twice (due to being away) and receiving confirmation, the courier leaves the parcel outside my house. 3) However, I only received part of the order on 13 May - after ordering on 4 May. I am still awaiting the rest of my order...

Purchased a compression tester from this company which didn't arrive on time . Contacted them which was a waste of time. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I got them involved . Got the compression tester two day's later . Absolutely shocking customer service i certainly will not use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Ordered around 6 items totalling around £125, an eye watering £17 for standard shipping and handling. After a few days I got two credit memos saying they couldn’t fulfil my order on some items, and removed 3 items and refunded me, all while leaving the shipping price the same. I got frustrated with this as im sick and tired of companies saying they have items and don’t. I asked to cancel my order and refund everything back. First time user of their service and won’t be returning, will stick with Amazon.

Slow delivery even though they charged for express delivery it took 10 days and very poor communication won’t be using them again.
