Ordered an item 12 days ago and still not arrived. I sent several emails with no joy, I am in the process of asking for my money back and ordering from a reputable company now. AVOID

I put an order in and they didn't send the items, the phone number informs you to email. They don't respond to emails or inquiries forms on the website or Facebook. Don't use this company at any cost, it is an appalling service with absolutely no support.

Orderer hangers with express delivery on a Thursday night, expected to receive goods by the following Tuesday at the latest. Didn't arrive until the following Thursday, what delayed my job. No email, to tell me when they would arrive, no contact on the phone

I ordered nails that were marked as in stock and ready for immediate free shipping. Four days later I got a message saying they did not have stock. Then I checked my payment receipt to see I had been charged £10 for shipping. When I enquired about them sending an alternative product I was told they had nothing in stock, but their website clearly showed those nails as being in stock. It was clear from subsequent messages they did not care about the labour I had to pay that couldn't work the following day without those nails. I would highly recommend buying from another shop. The partial order they did ship had not arrived within 7 days of ordering.

Disappointing experience. Paid extra for express delivery and a week later still no order. No response from customer services on delivery updates and can’t contact by phone. Think twice about using this company.

I ordered two items. After one week of no tracking number or delivery time I contacted the company who stated “ I have asked Sealey to send this order to you directly for delivery tomorrow, we do apologise for the delay with your order” I then received an email saying the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund with no explanation. Very poor communication and has left me a week later having to order from another company

Ordered and paid for a Hyundai 52cc Petrol Garden Multi Tool from this company as their website said they were in stock. Also paid extra for delivery by the 2nd August. I received an email from them today (1st August) to say they were out of stock until September. Now waiting for a refund, hopefully it will be done with the same speed as when they took the money from my account for payment. Will not use again.

I have now tried to place an order for a Draper 15088 Tri-Cut pull saw. On each occasion, my order has been cancelled due to the item being unavailable despite it being shown as "in stock". I have been on the site three days after my order was cancelled for the second time and it is still showing as being "in stock". Not happy.

Items ordered on the Thursday. Following Wednesday, no delivery, let alone an email from Power Tools Direct giving tracking number as indicated in the order confirmation email. Items arrived on the eighth day, still without a tracking number. Good job that I wasn't desperately in need of the items that I ordered, but it did frustrate me that I couldn't actually do the job I wanted to, for several days after I had anticipated receiving them.

Seems like they don't keep some/all items in stock despite their website saying so. Ordered an item for next day delivery as I needed it for an urgent job, paid extra and didn't receive till a week later. When arrived could see on packaging the order they had placed to supplier and then outer packaging showed delivery to me. Despite emails they went unanswered and when they did come back to me they tried to blame courier company DHL. No apologies. Would'nt order again from here sorry. How they can possible say they can get an item to you next day and have the cheek to charge extra for next day delivery when they know the item has to be ordered their side and then forwarded so minimum 48 hours seems a little bit dishonest. This might not apply to all items but certainly was my experience.
