“What a complete waste of time this company is ! Order items listed as in stock to wait days for your delivery then when chased up you get a notification that your due a refund in several days because of no stock ! DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME GO ELSEWHERE Read the reviews I wish I had .”

“Ordered on 29th December EXPRESS delivery and was advised it would be with us between the 6th and 8th January. Great. Tracking showed sent on 8th and email said should be with us on the 9th. Storm hit and lane down to us full of snow and ice. Royal mail did try again today and could not as far too icy. Parcel was not received at Manchester until early hrs of the friday morning then sent to Buxton for delivery friday afternoon by which time it was snowing hard and Royal Mail would not come down even to our first gate where we could have walked up and got it. Conditions were bad. My partner has been waiting for this and is not happy.By the time our -3 degrees here warms up and the rain arrives to clear our lane down its going to now be next week before we get it. Would like to mention that had we NOT paid for express delivery we would have just thought unlucky with the weather but WE DID and again we were told between 6TH and 8TH we would get it.”

“I placed an order online on the 1st of January with express courier delivery, estimated before 7th Jan. I received an Order Conformation, but no tracking number. Called, emailed and contacted through the website. No response at all, and no item.”

“2 orders placed within minutes of each other, both very small and in stock sent out as separate shipments charged at a very expensive £6.95 each. I will not be shopping here again. Despite giving power tools direct the opportunity to address this they simply ignored my request and sited an automated system as the reason. Poor customer service.”

“Very poor. Product was advertised as next day delivery. This has now been 11 days and still not received products. I had to email customer service to find out what was happening and got a response telling me the didn’t actually have any and that they would inform me when they have it from a supplier and will get it posted when it arrives. Do not use this company if you need anything in a hurry as it is very misleading and seems they don’t stock anything going by other reviews as I don’t seem to be the only one this has happened to.”
