Ordered a power washer and plenty in stock. Ordered was confirmed and money taken. A few days later already waiting for the washer I received an email saying very sorry none in stock but we will refund you in total. Three days later before I received the refund.
In addition free carriage for orders over a certain amount and under certain weight. Charged a significant amount because the washer was 2kg over.
Not a happy bunny at all and doubt if I'll ever use them again.
