Very pleased with the tool, but it was very badly wrapped and not well protected and it took a week to arrive after supposedly being sent next-day delivery.

Bought the  Clarke 7637706 Cwb-R1B Red Workbench+30Pcs Hooks,turns out its not the original one in the diagram as apparently thats only for illustration purpose lol,the bench that came is a cheap cardboard and tin version,doesnt even resemble the picture except its red,absolute rubbish false advertising but apparently its clarkes fault not theres even though they only show the picture of the bench you WON'T get so steer clear

I had bought a fairly expensive item for my partner for his birthday, and this company cancelled my order due to not having the stock, after I had already paid. If you do not have the stock, it should be listed as out of stock on the website and money should not be taken out of my bank account. I have since checked and no refund has returned to my account and i have instead received an email mentioning credit? If I have been given credit instead, I must insist on a full refund and perhaps even some compensation, as I do not intend on using your service again and am massively disappointed. I have now had to repurchase from a competitor, without having yet received the refund as his birthday is too soon to wait. For some people they are not able to afford the luxury of repurchasing from another website before refunds are issued and therefore this poses a real issue on this company. Do not recommend for purchases.

shocking service, the company does not know what they can and cant ship with their chosen courier, courier refuses to deliver silicon spray, so company refund your paypal but dont even bother getting in touch with the customer to let them know personally i wouldnt use again as 1. i didnt get my order 2. noone notified me until i got refunded,3. idiots should choose a shipping company that will ship their products

Can’t really review the product as you cancelled it after ordering and paying for it would advise if a product isn’t available or out of stock don’t advertise it, was frustrating as I needed it for a jet washing job and the company have now passed the job on so not really happy neil

Main item ordered not available, refunded with no contact , despite messaging calling and emailing to refund entire order ptd preceded to dispatch remains items then 5 min later reply to my email that it was to late

The tools were ok and a good price but the woman on email and the phone refused to send me a receipt! I needed a receipt, not an invoice, but she couldn't/wouldn't understand the difference. Apparently, they don't do receipts! I won't be going back.

Ordered a power washer and plenty in stock. Ordered was confirmed and money taken. A few days later already waiting for the washer I received an email saying very sorry none in stock but we will refund you in total. Three days later before I received the refund. In addition free carriage for orders over a certain amount and under certain weight. Charged a significant amount because the washer was 2kg over. Not a happy bunny at all and doubt if I'll ever use them again.

Useless, wouldnt order again from them. Took an order from us saying they had a product in stock. I chased for an update a week later and was promised a call back. I then had to chase again two days later only to be told, sorry, we dont have in stock and have issued a refund. Absolutely wasted my time.

I've been a longstanding customer making multiple orders with Power Tools Direct. However having made my last order with a given delivery date (and a delivery charge) they have failed to deliver, make any contact on the delay nor make any contact back from emails, with no one answering the phone line either. I cannot fault the prices that they offer however the customer service has been awful.

I ordered item a week ago, after a few days I got an email saying item was shipped. DHL tracking shows they haven't got it yet. I dont have it either. I cant review the item yet so I reviewed my experience with PowerToolsDirect on this order. Poor show.

Ordered my items on Saturday and charged for express delivery quoted as 2-3 working days. Tried to phone numerous times following Friday when items still hadn’t been received but unable to get anyone to answer the phone. Emailed Friday 10.00am asking for update and received a reply at 12:00 saying item shipped with Royal Mail with tracking number. Tried to track parcel but Royal Mail not responding to tracking number. Emailed again at 1.00pm asking for information but this time no response. Item eventually showed on Royal Mail tracking on Saturday as received from sender after 5.00pm Friday night. Received Saturday. Email from PTD on Monday saying item delivered. Very frustrating company to deal with obviously had not done anything about my order until I chased it. Will go elsewhere in future due to being unable to speak on phone and lack of honest communication.

The worst company I’ve ever used professionally. Non existent customer service( email only) The lady I was dealing with was particularly poor, didn’t understand simple words and questions. Took £500 from my account for an agreed product that was in stock. It was only part delivered 2weeks late with no justification. The remaining part of the order was never going to be stocked as I called the manufacturer that expressed concern about there dishonesty! I therefore cancelled the order and arranged a collection. I waited over 4 weeks after they received the item to get my refund. Which was short! Tried to resolve and clarify over email but the incompetence is unbelievable. Avoid this company if you wish to be treated within the parameters of consumer law!!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from your company. I placed an order at the beginning of the week and paid £8.95 for express delivery, yet it is now Friday and my order still has not arrived. I have lost money each day that the items have not arrived, as I am unable to work without them. I requested a refund and am still waiting for my money back. This delay in delivery and lack of communication is unacceptable. If I had known that the express delivery I paid for would not be honored, I would have ordered from a different company that could deliver in a timely manner. I am extremely disappointed in the level of service provided by PowerToolsDirects.com and will not be ordering from you again in the future. Sincerely, Byulent Eminov
