I've been a longstanding customer making multiple orders with Power Tools Direct. However having made my last order with a given delivery date (and a delivery charge) they have failed to deliver, make any contact on the delay nor make any contact back from emails, with no one answering the phone line either.
I cannot fault the prices that they offer however the customer service has been awful.
