I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from your company. I placed an order at the beginning of the week and paid £8.95 for express delivery, yet it is now Friday and my order still has not arrived. I have lost money each day that the items have not arrived, as I am unable to work without them. I requested a refund and am still waiting for my money back. This delay in delivery and lack of communication is unacceptable. If I had known that the express delivery I paid for would not be honored, I would have ordered from a different company that could deliver in a timely manner.
