Good prices ,but very slow delivery times ,even when i pay for express delivery ,i have to wait 6-8 working days . I hope it would be fixed in the future.

tried calling to find out where my order was sevral times, left a voicemail never had anything back, sent an email never had anything back. it arived 4 days even when it said express delivery. i wouldnt use you again

I have had a lack of customer service as quality personnel did not check part of my order to ensure that I would be able to use the air purifier. The power supply cable is missing from the appliance.

One big problem for this company to fix is setting the customers expectation. If your going to say ' order within the next x hours and get a delivery on x date' then you need to be able to achieve that expectation. To receive an order a day late, is ok, to receive an order 6 days after the planned date is bad and would prevent me using the company again.

The delivery driver lied.. he said parcel was delivered next door to No 60, he did not, he dumped it on my door step. couldn't be bothered to ring the door bell. It was left 1 metre away from a busy public footpath.

Item was fine when arrived. Delivery took over a week where it was advertised as 2-3 working days. Tried calling several times but no answer. Emailed but no reply. Very poor customer service.

The address on the package was not mine, for some reason it had 15 Jerome close on it. Because of this it took me 3 days to locate. I don’t know if it was you guys or Royal Mail that changed my address but it left me very frustrated.

My order was placed using express delivery, the order wasn't even despatched until the evening of the indicated delivery day. The reply to my enquiry was very slow. The item I purchased was as described, I just feel let down by slow despatch and poor customer service.

Very slow delivery,8 days, not the expected 3-4 days. The item is fine, wrapped in bubble wrap for delivery. Also the Google search is misleading as it stated free delivery and only when ordering it shows that it’s only free if you spend a large amount (I think it was £250)

Your prices were good but the service was let down by your delivery company. Your delivery company left this item by my front door. Despite me responding to both a text and email from them to leave the package with a neighbour as we are away. Tracking number 7076204633 The item was left in the rain and made it obvious that we were away. We had to make arrangements for it to be collected. How is that ‘Delivered Exactly’, which the company DX have as their slogan? First purchase from you - very disappointed.

Aftyer being a Power Tools Customer for several years I was extremely disappointed this year after nearly 3 weeks from the Order, Power Tools have now offered a Refund. Poor overall service - which in part seems to be caused by a poor Delivery Contractor: a change may be required by Power Tools

The delivery was sent late and so did not arrived 2 days later than promised when I ordered it. The after service was appalling and I had to ask for a manager to explain why the delivery was late as the sales team gave me false information. It was only on the 3rd communication after the late delivery that I actually received an apology and seemed to be given grudgingly and only because I mentioned I had not been been given one. From the tone of the messages it feels like the customer doesn’t matter even if you don’t get it right.
