Your prices were good but the service was let down by your delivery company. Your delivery company left this item by my front door. Despite me responding to both a text and email from them to leave the package with a neighbour as we are away. Tracking number 7076204633 The item was left in the rain and made it obvious that we were away. We had to make arrangements for it to be collected. How is that ‘Delivered Exactly’, which the company DX have as their slogan? First purchase from you - very disappointed.

Aftyer being a Power Tools Customer for several years I was extremely disappointed this year after nearly 3 weeks from the Order, Power Tools have now offered a Refund. Poor overall service - which in part seems to be caused by a poor Delivery Contractor: a change may be required by Power Tools

The delivery was sent late and so did not arrived 2 days later than promised when I ordered it. The after service was appalling and I had to ask for a manager to explain why the delivery was late as the sales team gave me false information. It was only on the 3rd communication after the late delivery that I actually received an apology and seemed to be given grudgingly and only because I mentioned I had not been been given one. From the tone of the messages it feels like the customer doesn’t matter even if you don’t get it right.

Order was delayed....endlessly into a future mist. There was no "out of stock" notice on their website. Paid for expedited. I had to enquire after 4 days. They notified me that the supplier was having delays...meaning it was not in stock. Follow up email was just a cut and paste repeat job. Phone rings off the hook. Just poor communication. I'm on a job and I need to know when stuff is coming. Still no idea. Put in for a refund. No apologies. I picture in my mind's eye some mythical old crone running this place, lurking in some dusty small warehouse with an abacus and a box of lozenges.

Firstly that item took a week to be delivered with no update on it's progress. The item was damaged because it was badly packed and bent. ( Shaft of the lopper). Nobody answered the phone at all, even though I made numerous attempts and left a message. I emailed, and automated message to say they are busy. A week later they emailed asking for photos and descriptions of damage. Awful customer relations and I wouldn't use them again. I thought this will go on for weeks so I made a repair myself and put up with what I received. Not happy.

Having submitted and created an account. and made a purchase on 6th January and paid for Delivery (1000586105 Order number) I still have not received the goods? I have purchased these items from a different source Delivery Charge £4.99. Delivered in 3 days. Just not good enough. If you would care to reply Email address. melvynkirk@yahoo.co.uk

Was very disappointed. The advert for the rake I bought said delivery free of charge, but I got charged approaching £16 for an item costing just over £30. The excuse was that the carriage gets added on checkout, but as the advert said Carriage FOC, I never looked. Have asked for a refund, but so far nothing. Also today they have charged another £1, for what I have no idea. All very unsatisfactory as far s I am concerned.

Your postal services need a lot to be desired...to take 9 days to deliver an item is not acceptable....I'll give you a good example....ordere on the 13th and item from Holland and Barrett's....tracking information received...arriving on the 15th...standard delivery.Thats how you get customers coming back..as a result I will not be ordering again.

The website was good and ordering was simple but a week after I'd paid for express delivery, still no goods which was important as we were going away. Response to email enquiry have the only reason for delay was we're really busy. Why offer extra delivery then? I did get postage refunded however.

Very Misleading, advertising on google shopping that its free Shipping, when you add to basket and go through checkout, they then charge shipping, very very sneaky, be careful. Needless to say i didnt complete as was available else where for less.

The Heater is very good but the delivery option leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered Monday Arrived Friday Afternoon. FedEx sent a message to say it would be delivered between 8-30 and 12-30, it arrived at 16-30. A day wasted sat waiting for a delivery. Very Poor Service for £25.

The product is distributed from Norwich where I live so paying £6.95 for delivery and taking so long to get here seems expensive. Took ages to remove all the plastic including the handle so I feel improvements could be made. It was stated it was delivered to a neighbor ?

Supplied product was good. That it required two weeks and a nudge (when at checkout it said 2 business days) not so.

Unable to talk to anyone, no one answers the, phone, different design to what I ordered, no tracking of delivery, no details of when luckily I wasn't too far from home. Valve was damaged, so couldn't use it, had to repair my self as no answer on phone as usual.
