“Supplied product was good. That it required two weeks and a nudge (when at checkout it said 2 business days) not so.”

“Unable to talk to anyone, no one answers the, phone, different design to what I ordered, no tracking of delivery, no details of when luckily I wasn't too far from home. Valve was damaged, so couldn't use it, had to repair my self as no answer on phone as usual.”

“Placed order on a Sunday for 2 tins of spray paid £7.95 express delivery and item didn't arrive until following Monday after I emailed on Friday asking when I might receive my delivery.”

“Very poor communication, orders not delivered on time despite paying premium. Unable to contact on phone they did eventually respond on email but it was as though that jolted them to deliver, really frustrating. I had to cancel the workman who was coming as it took way too long. When the products came (I had to place 2 orders) I was pleased with the product and the price however, this does not make up for the is this product going to arrive feeling.”

“Ordered on a Monday for an item showing in stock and paid for next day delivery, I didnt receive the order the next day and had to chase them daily for updates with constantly being told it will be sent tomorrow .. tomorrow came 7 days later with no appology or refund for the express delivery. It would have propably helped matters if the staff would have been trained to be polite and appologetic.”

“Although we have paid a proforma on 08.07.24 no one is answering me to say when my order will ship, this has now been 4 days and I am none the wiser as to when my goods will ship, I did need them for today. I emailed and left a voicemail.”

“Nails showed as in stock at time of order, yet it took 7 days before they were shipped. I think this is a man in a shed purchasing items to order and reselling. This is my first, and probably only purchase from powertoolsdirect. I can't wait around for over a week for things to arrive. For comparison - Order with TCFixings placed at the same time was shipped next day and arrived one day later.”

“It's a little hard to say anything positive, their emails came in with goodish prices, then, well to be honest it's now 16.42 according to my computer, and, well they've just sent this email asking for me to be kind about them but well, how to say it, the transport could have a flat tyre, the helicopter ran out of fuel, somebodies distant relative passed to a better world than this one or it's just not coming till tomorrow, next week, next month, next year, next life? I know nothing, perhaps that best, better to keep me in the dark hoping that sometime in the near future they might improve my results on my lathe!”

“After 9 days for a 5 to 6 day delivery window I contacted Powertools and by return email I was told my order was being despatched. The order arrived in 2 days. Looking at other reviews this seems to have happened to others”
