“it took 10 days to send it This was after i chased then by e mail. This was the only way to contact them.”

“It’s hard to call yet but my order has still not arrived. The amount of post you charge for a small item I thought it would be the next working day. If it’s not here by the end of the week you can refund me in full. Not happy right now”

“Very small item ordered on Monday evening 10th Aug and paid for express delivery (could fit into A5 Jiffy bag. Not delivered by Monday weekend so emailed sales service for morning of Monday 17th. No reply or reason but a zero value invoice emailed to me with Royal Mail tracking number. Item delivered Thursday 20th lunchtime. I have no idea what the problem was.”

“Power Tools Direct cannot be contacted by phone and don't reply to emails! Still waiting for order to be delivered, the couriers they've used have said they have tried to deliver order now twice! Hopefully third time lucky!!”

“i ordered my item on the 3rd of august and i still haven’t got my order on the 11th. the item was only given to royal mail days after ordering and i had no email about tracking mumbers till i had to email you”

“Ordered paint swatches, website said 3-5 days delivery. Day 5 I chased up to be told some items were out of stock and would be despatched when back in - no timescale given. I emailed to ask re timescale, but no reply. 3 days later I get a partial refund notification from PayPal, with no other details. I then get an email from this company saying they're looking into when stock will be available to send out! I finally got some of my items the following day, but was angry to see they were still selling the same out of stock items on their website the whole time! Not a great experience, and will not be shopping here again.”

“No issue with the items ordered, however the service was not great. I paid extra for express delivery, the website showing ETA Tuesday. The package was not processed until that Tuesday and I had to reach out to ask what's happening. No reason provided, just a tracking number once it was processed. The items ended up being delivered at the end of the week. Not great.”

“Placed order but didn't hear from them so I emailed twice and phoned 3 times but got no response or acknowledgement. Only got my order sent once I said I was going to cancel the order with PayPal. Item has now been delivered but as yet to try it out”

“My order arrived incomplete. A padlock with no keys. The box was torn and opened inside the jiffy envelope. I have contacted the company and sent photos as requested. I received an email back telling me not to contact them again as they were experiencing a high demand of enquiries. So I guess I just need to sit tight and hope my problem is resolved soon. It would be good to know what's happening as my shed is currently unlocked.”

“tried calling to find out where my order was sevral times, left a voicemail never had anything back, sent an email never had anything back. it arived 4 days even when it said express delivery. i wouldnt use you again”

“I have had a lack of customer service as quality personnel did not check part of my order to ensure that I would be able to use the air purifier. The power supply cable is missing from the appliance.”

“One big problem for this company to fix is setting the customers expectation. If your going to say ' order within the next x hours and get a delivery on x date' then you need to be able to achieve that expectation. To receive an order a day late, is ok, to receive an order 6 days after the planned date is bad and would prevent me using the company again.”
