Ordered a DeWalt DS300 toolbox,(empty). It arrived damaged! I've used these toolboxes for years,and to damage one,takes some doing. It had not been damaged in transit,as packaging was intact,but in power tools warehouse,as the broken off piece was placed inside. Not great!

The garden tool we ordered was fine, even if the packaging was flimsy and torn. Thankfully, the tool was robust and undamaged. However, it was due for delivery by so-called 'express courier' (DHL) on Tuesday but didn't arrive till late Thursday. Not impressed by the delivery, and the DHL tracking info/system was very poor. The item unhelpfully disappeared from tracking over 24 hrs prior to delivery.

Still waiting on my order . 1,week and still not arrived , contacted customer suppprt . They need to be more proactive and contact their 3rd party delivery courier …… not amused

Product is ok. But packaging was terrible - no box only, item was only partly wrapped with plastic shrink film. As a result the item was delivered with scuffs and scratches all over. (delivery photo shows how it was packaged)

On two occasions, having placed orders and made payment, I have been notified that the products bought are out of stock and I have been refunded. Please don't waste people's time by advertising goods you don't have to sell.

Very poor communication from the company. Order placed and paid for but NOT DISPATCHED for 2 weeks - only after chaser was sent. Delivery was via DPD - not a problem and it arrived in good condition.

Ordered 5 items, 3 of which were required quickly, so paid premium P+P for faster delivery, 2 days later received refund for the 3 items I needed due to not being in stock !! no refund for extra P+P so effectively paid extra for non-urgent items and couldn't finish the job I need the tools for. Recomend updating the website and not listing items, that are out of stock, for reference still showing as available on web site.

I wasn't very happy as I, by chance, found my order delivered to my absent neighbours house and just left outside leaning against the gate. If I hadn't happen to walk by, it would have stood there for ages getting rusty.

Our parcel was due to be delivered on Monday and has still not arrived on Friday. DHL are not being helpful

I ordered 13 units of an item. But, was sent only 8 units. When i placed the order the item had a stock in excess of 70 units. Hence, it is very questionable. The company is so arrogant that they did not check with me as a customer whether i would like to proceed ahead with the order of 8 instead of 13. Very unprofessional and rude. Fortunately, since i paid with paypal they had to reimburse the rest. The company does not seem to do what it should - offer basic communication, respect and courtesy. Will not use them again as i have bought from other suppliers for years without any issues. Also, their postal cost is high.

After receiving an email telling me that my order had been cancelled because of a shortfall in stock, it still shows item in stock and typically there is no way of speaking to anyone. Shame as I was going to order a lot more equipment as I liked the price's.

Poor, ordered something, after it being a week late. I had to chase the order. All I got was sorry and I had to ask for the delivery to be refunded and I would have thought it would have a least rather than asking for it.
