They appear to be slow on delivery i paid for express delivery took a week and they posted via royal mail 24 after i asked where my delivery was fortunately i live just down road and i'm not paying for that sort of service so returned item to them knowing i can buy it cheaper if i wait on delivery - similar time i waited on them Returned item to them by hand and they reimbursed me quickly politely and efficiently but express postage did it for me i'm only 5 mls down road but they dont allow collection. It would be debatable whether i use again unless they allowed collection if not i wont use again as i can buy from Amazon with better results

Advised that our order would arrive on Monday 8/8.Missed a message that said that DPD would deliver on the 6/8 as we were not expecting it that day we were in the garden.Advised by DPD as we had missed them it was sent to our local collection point 10 miles away!Went there to collect shop open 7am to 8pm to be told at 8.15am "we only do parcels after 9am!",after a moan the man found our parcel and said he had told DPD but they still put his full opening hours.Would suggest 1.You use another delivery company and 2.If you advise a delivery date stick to it so that the recipient will be looking out for it/or messages relating to that days delivery.

They were very slow at dispatching , even if you allowed for them not working weekends, It took 4 working days even with me paying extra for express delivery Courier only took 24 hrs once they had got it from power tools direct

I’ve no doubt when I finally receive my item it will be fine—but I have waited in patiently since early afternoon in case it was delivered early-delivery time given as between 17.30 & 18.30 -roughly-time now is 21.45–and even though I’ve been receiving regular updates on the dpd app-stating they were “running late”and “ the driver will be with you soon”—I’ve just received a txt saying sorry we missed you at 1800—complete utter garbage and total lies—also infuriating—and a rip off charging £8 for this crappy service—I was relying on receiving the clamps today in order to get a glue up done overnight-for an order to send out tomorrow—will seriously consider other alternatives for my next purchases -if you think this is in any way acceptable!!! Absolutely dreadful!!!

Shopping basket empties far too quickly. Especially on a website with so many items in different categories. Would have made a larger sale had my basket not been deleted twice whilst shopping as I forgot to re-add some of the items I originally intended to buy but which had disappeared from the basket. Paid for next day delivery and didnt receive for 3 days.

Order some supplies over a week ago. Nothing has arrived and no update on when delivery will be made. Very frustrating with lack of communication.

10 days to deliver an order which I paid extra for to get the “express 2-3 day” delivery service is nuts. Complained and asked for a refund for the postage and was told the delivery time is not guaranteed. Hate to think what “standard” delivery is like. In a world where most businesses like this offer a next day service these guys are left in the dark ages. Couple that with their after sales service which refused to acknowledge their poor service and I won’t be ordering from them again.

Thought 2 week for standard delivery was taking the **** a bit, could have walked for them quicker, otherwise all as ordered, thank you.

Paid a premium delivery service and the item was delivered later than what was advertised as standard delivery. No offer of a refund for premium delivery. Will not use them again.

£3 part with £4.99 postage and then it took eight days to arrive, very poor service in my opinion, never again.

I was very disappointed with the service I received, after placing my order and paying extra for 2-3 day delivery after 5 days my delivery still hadn't arrived, there was no way to contact anyone other than to email it was then another two days before I got a reply stating that my order was on its way again another 2-3 days there was no mention of a refund for the failed first delivery. I then received an email from DPD saying they would deliver and that I would receive an email of when to expect once it had left the warehouse usually around mid-morning. when arriving at work the following morning at 7.30 am an email from DPD saying they had tried to deliver but were unable to and attached a photo of an address down the road. we finally received our delivery8 days after we placed the order.
