Poor quality .Looks good but Chinese rubbish. Pipe OD not ID so not the large bore expecting.

Paid a premium delivery service and the item was delivered later than what was advertised as standard delivery. No offer of a refund for premium delivery. Will not use them again.

£3 part with £4.99 postage and then it took eight days to arrive, very poor service in my opinion, never again.

I was very disappointed with the service I received, after placing my order and paying extra for 2-3 day delivery after 5 days my delivery still hadn't arrived, there was no way to contact anyone other than to email it was then another two days before I got a reply stating that my order was on its way again another 2-3 days there was no mention of a refund for the failed first delivery. I then received an email from DPD saying they would deliver and that I would receive an email of when to expect once it had left the warehouse usually around mid-morning. when arriving at work the following morning at 7.30 am an email from DPD saying they had tried to deliver but were unable to and attached a photo of an address down the road. we finally received our delivery8 days after we placed the order.

I paid for a 2 day delivery but the item took over a week to get to me. So I am not impressed.

When I received goods quality very good but took nearly two weeks and I paid for express delivery, I hate to think how long it would take with normal delivery !

The item arrived late after problems with the courier. There is no way to speak to this company on the phone despite emailing and asking for a call back. Whilst the item itself is as described, the packaging was severely damaged with some parts being handed to me separately, thankfully everything was still there. Slow responses to emails made a stressful situation worse.

3-5 days delivery is more like 10-12 days. Products all great but don't order if you need them in a hurry.

My order was received by PTD on 14th Feb. I paid for Express parcel Delivery (2-3 days). The goods were not with Royal Mail till 18th and only delivered to me on 23rd Feb.

took way too long for delivery I could of walked to the shop and home from wales and when I got the item finally the box was torn not vey good I'm afraid

Despite paying at check out for 'express delivery' quoted at being 2 to 3 days I waited 2 weeks! Emailed company to be told the goods were working there way through the warehouse. Their warehouse must be the size of South America! The goods once they arrived were spot on and the prices seem good.

Delivery was nice and quick. I ordered a welder, unfortunately it arrived very battered. Welder was damaged and didn't work. They didn't want to send a replacement and at the moment I am still waiting for a response for a resolution a week later.

Dear sir, My name is Karen Danks , I just recently bought from you a 6"bench grinder and polisher . I have complained to you that the machine arrived in a broken state . The grommet that wholes the electric cable was smashed , If you can send a new one to me I will fix it . Kind Regards , Karen Danks.
