“Easy to order but having paid extra for express delivery took seven days to arrive.”

“At least 6 weeks down the line, I chose to cancel my order. Nothing materialised. Being fair, communicating was ok and a refund is forthcoming, or at least they said it is!”

“The item I bought was damaged when I unpacked it though there was no sign of any significant damage to the packaging so no way Power Tools could have known that the contents were damaged. I informed Power Tools, sent photos, and gave all the details they requested so they understood the problem. However they would not send a replacement item but only offered a refund. This means I have to start again looking for the same item from another company which will cost me more time and more money. Just a shame really.”

“Items ordered on a Friday for a 2-3 day express delivery, items did not arrive until the following Saturday the Job had to be delayed until the Monday do not promise if you cannot deliver as agreed”

“Website indicates a shop. On arrival I was told sales were online only and there was nothing that could be done. I had to pay £4.99 p n p on an order costing £7.00. Made he project costly overall.”

“I placed an order over a week ago and paid for 3-5 working days delivery and have still not received my order, nor have i been updated or replied to. Not much help that the customer service number is unavailable now.”

“On opening package which was ripped and scruffy found that the item had been dropped see pictures and no keys any where in the box or in cabinet (Had all the drawers out and went through packaging 3 times) I was gonna buy a top box but not now”
