Good price very competitive, but on original order 2 -3 day delivery 3 weeks later get the order , not good for my company

The item purchased was not as pictured. The web site suggested that an extension pole was commonly purchased with the item. I bought both items which were delivered after 4 days to find the extension pole was not compatible with the Bull Float ordered. I requested a replacement to a compatible handle and was informed that the comparable item was not an item available. As there us no point in a Bull Float without a handle both items have been returned at a cost of £25. Net result job delayed 2 weeks and cost £25 for the experience. Waiting for a refund. On the plus side I was contacted by the customer service team in a timely manner who gave correct feed back to result in the return. Lesson check returns policy before purchase!

The product is good value, however the service and delivery needs improvising. You accepted the order when goods were not in stock. When the goods did not arrive as expected, I emailed an enquiry, you replied and informed me that one item was not in stock. still no information about when to expect delivery. not good!

Made an order that was showing on your website as being in stock and waited the expected lead time for delivery. One item of my order arrived on the last day of expected delivery time, no explanation of where the rest of the order was until I emailed. Gosia informed me the rest of the order would be delivered the next day. Order arrived still with 5 items missing.. Again no explanation by you guys given until I chased it up by email again. I asked what the delay was as all items were showing as in stock at point of order. Gosia replyed that it was a delay coming from the manufacturer, therfore the items were not in stock. I decided to have a refund on the items not revived as Gosia informed me they anticipated mid June for resupply and still your website is saying you have them in stock. I think this is very misleading for customers. I have checked other review sites to make sure this wasn't a "one off" but it would appear this is a regular negative review you receive.

bought a floor standing Clarke automotive spring compressor ( heavy ) package was poorly packed in fact DPD had to tape package heavily in order to deliver . Also qty 2 different fixing bolts were missing.... price on the other hand was competitive as was delivery lead time

Paid for 2-3 days delivery after 2 weeks still waiting, seemingly only had 4 out of 5 of the items I ordered but nobody thought about phoning

Stock availabilities are not updated on website, 2 of my 3 ordered items got refunded. Wouldn't have ordered only one item, as was aiming to combine postage for all 3. Now have to pay again for postage when ordering the 2 others elsewhere. After complain they didn't offer free postage for the 2 other items when back in stock. Not impressed by service at all.

Placed an order with 2-3 day delivery. A week later no order received, I chased up the order to be told they had been let down by supplier on an item. This is understandable, but what is disappointing is that PowerToolsDirect, did not contact me, I had to contact them. The order was then shipped to me without consulting me about the missing item, I then had to chase up a refund of the late shipping charge. I have been refunded for the missing items and postage which is pleasing, but I am without the item that I wanted which is frustrating and hence my low star review.

We ordered 2 items on 3 April. The first item arrived quickly. Seventeen days later we are still waiting for the second. Not very satisfactory.

paid extra for express delivery (2-3 days) yet items failed to arrive until 10days later and only after I chased up my missing order. No apology and no refund of postage. Not very impressive service

I order some decking screws. I PAID for the expedited post but 5 days later they hadn't arrived. I complained but was told that they would be another 2 working days, over a week since ordering. They didn't arrive a little earlier, however, I was forced to purchase screws from elsewhere. The company didn't seem to care, no refund the extra I paid for postage!

I’m sure the product will be fine when it gets here. However, when I placed an order on 6 April, the website showed the item to be in stock but a subsequent email from Power Tools Direct said that the item would not be delivered until 4 May 2021. This is almost a month after the initial projected delivery date. I had work in mind for the new drill and have had to take it elsewhere to be completed. A request to have the delivery charge refunded by way of an apology for late delivery and inconvenience was rejected. Not at all happy

My order was accepted and a delivery date provided, then at the last minute was told the item was no longer available. I had to reorder elsewhere.

Products a good standard - Let down by delivery driver who did not knock on the door or leave a calling card and left the delivery by the roadside.

There was utter silence as soon as I placed my order. No sign of the promised Email confirming the Order, no sign of the goods 2-3 days later. Tried their Website only to find that as everyone was working from home there was no prospect of speaking to anyone directly or on line. All I could do was to send a message and wait. And then, further silence. The goods arrived suddenly a couple of days later very in an oversized box with no packing within the box itself so the items rattled around inside (2x boxes of screws, a container of filler and 2.5 litre paint) so the box arrived almost in pieces and insecure. The paint tin was damaged. Very unimpressive. Won't be using again :(

Advertised they had a product, then notified a few days later its not in stock, possibly put me off using sgsib if they came up in another search.

Hopeless. The tool I ordered was then cancelled, after paying for it, as it was out of stock. So why did it say it was in stock at the time of ordering!??
