A good range of the equipment I required. However, having paid for express (3 day) delivery the items took almost 2 weeks to arrive. It was very difficult to get any update on progress.

I ordered the parts on the 26 Dec. Got one item really fast but still waiting for all the other items on the 11th Jan. Been billing in December. No idea when items will be shipped.

Ordered what was shown as stock items and express delivery. Its now almost two weeks ago and still no sign of items.

I have NOT received my goods yet .DHL said that they would deliver on Wednesday 22 Dec but still not arrived .That is why the score is low . Change your delivery method to give a better service

The spray can was £6.. DHL 2-3 day delivery was £6.. Took 5 days to arrive and the can cap was damaged. Original DHL code for tracking didn't work.

We recently received a very heavy piece of machinery from this comapny and the packaging used was ridiculous! The box used was very flimsy resulting in the item being damaged in 3 places. 1 week later and we are still awaiting the problem to be resolved.

The metal rule I ordered was supposed to be 25mm wide but it was 30mm wide too big for what I wanted.

At least 6 weeks down the line, I chose to cancel my order. Nothing materialised. Being fair, communicating was ok and a refund is forthcoming, or at least they said it is!

Disappointed that something ordered Wednesday 6/10 @09:09 was not dispatched until the following Monday afternoon, but maybe we expect too much - first world problems I know :o)

The item I bought was damaged when I unpacked it though there was no sign of any significant damage to the packaging so no way Power Tools could have known that the contents were damaged. I informed Power Tools, sent photos, and gave all the details they requested so they understood the problem. However they would not send a replacement item but only offered a refund. This means I have to start again looking for the same item from another company which will cost me more time and more money. Just a shame really.
