“Our parcel was due to be delivered on Monday and has still not arrived on Friday. DHL are not being helpful”

“I ordered 13 units of an item. But, was sent only 8 units. When i placed the order the item had a stock in excess of 70 units. Hence, it is very questionable. The company is so arrogant that they did not check with me as a customer whether i would like to proceed ahead with the order of 8 instead of 13. Very unprofessional and rude. Fortunately, since i paid with paypal they had to reimburse the rest. The company does not seem to do what it should - offer basic communication, respect and courtesy. Will not use them again as i have bought from other suppliers for years without any issues. Also, their postal cost is high.”

“After receiving an email telling me that my order had been cancelled because of a shortfall in stock, it still shows item in stock and typically there is no way of speaking to anyone. Shame as I was going to order a lot more equipment as I liked the price's.”

“Poor, ordered something, after it being a week late. I had to chase the order. All I got was sorry and I had to ask for the delivery to be refunded and I would have thought it would have a least rather than asking for it.”

“How do you trust a company who did not send full order I found item missing only to contact via e mail to find no delivery note inside the box stating item messing to be told they were unable to fill order we will credit item on credit card just lucky I fully checked delivery it's not good as this was my first order with company on the upside it's a best priced goods I could find in UK”

“Bought some stainless staples £5.39 (ex vat) You have no idea what the delivery charge is going to be until you have checked out... It was £6.95 (ex vat) for delivery and handling....not reasonable to my mind for something that weighs under 100g”
