“Paid for express delivery which did not happen! Customer services not very helpful”

“Prices fine Responses to emails OK Shipping - poor. Ordered on 3rd Jan with 5th delivery shown. Paid for Express delivery. Evening of 5th - no delivery and still showing as processing, so not even shipped. Telephone contact IMPOSSIBLE”

“Ordered before Christmas as a gift, paid for fast delivery, item has still not arrived! Lack of customer service, as only answering to customer queries and complaints via email as their answer phone message tells you that this is the most efficient way , I had no confirmation or tracking number with my order and was not given any information as to what was happening with it either via their efficient way of serving customers.”

“Good price, but poor delivery even though I paid extra for it, poor quality of customer service, mainly because of only answering to customer queries,request and complaints via email as their answer phone message tells you that this is the most efficient way , I had no tracking service with my order and was not given any information as to what was happening with it either via their efficient way of serving customers. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.”

“Arrived safely, thank you. However, no email confirming my order and when I raised this issue via the advertised contact email address a couple of days later there was no reply. I then tried an advertised phone number only to receive the recorded message that queries were now only to be communicated by email. I was pleasantly surprised to finally receive the goods. No paperwork included so no option for either return or query. Strangely, Power Tools Direct is the business recommended by the manufacturers of the product I wanted!”

“Ordered online on the basis that the item was shown in stock. Then informed that it wasn't! Now waiting, been told it will be with you on the 15th Nov with dispatch 2 days later. We shall see..... If you let me down you will not be used again”

“Poor, unreliable service: - delivered only 11 of our Seventeen !! generators. - no communication - no notification - no apology - no offer of compensation - over half a dozen unanswered desperate calls. Poor, poor, poor.”

“As mentioned in multiple other reviews the delivery is slow / late. Customer service was ok but it took multiple emails to chase where orders were and was a week later than the 2 weeks it said to get some boxes of screws out. Will not be using again.”

“PTD have sent me an email asking for a review when I haven’t even received the order. It was damaged in transit and apparently a replacement has been dispatched. May I suggest that the left hand finds out what the right hand is doing before it acts. Hence a review of 2 Stars but it could get worse.”

“Goods advertised as in stock for next day delivery.... This then turned into "in stock at our supplier" and then "sorry, they have no stock". Misleading. Poor service. I wouldn't have ordered given the true facts in the first place. Refund was processed quickly though.”

“Ordered a product on Sunday evening. Paid £7.95 for express delivery. It arrived Thursday lunch time. To late the customer wasn’t happy. No disrespect but that isn’t express delivery. Why use Fedex and not DPD next day delivery. The real professional’s”

“After paying for full order 1-2 weeks before receiving wait until sending shipment, and as wasn’t completed, decided then to inform me items were not available and left me scrambling around trying to get from another supplier,as had audit Bad communication, not happy with the attitude of sales team ,however was paid back very quickly, a plus”
