Arrived safely, thank you. However, no email confirming my order and when I raised this issue via the advertised contact email address a couple of days later there was no reply.
I then tried an advertised phone number only to receive the recorded message that queries were now only to be communicated by email.
I was pleasantly surprised to finally receive the goods. No paperwork included so no option for either return or query.
Strangely, Power Tools Direct is the business recommended by the manufacturers of the product I wanted!
