Ordered before Christmas as a gift, paid for fast delivery, item has still not arrived! Lack of customer service, as only answering to customer queries and complaints via email as their answer phone message tells you that this is the most efficient way ,
I had no confirmation or tracking number with my order and was not given any information as to what was happening with it either via their efficient way of serving customers.
