Product was delivered in good time. Customer service is non-existent as all my calls were unanswered.

HI, I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service. At busy times we are unfortunately sometimes unable to answer the phone and being a primarily online business we prefer contact by email. I can't see any evidence of any emails from your address so I think it a little harsh to say there is no customer service at all

Packaging used totally unsuitable for my purchase, it provided absolutely no protection for the soft sided tube of adhesive/sealant. As a result the post person forced the package through my letterbox and in the process damage the letterbox and deformed the tube of adhesive/sealant. You could do much better.

I ordered three bottles of 2.5litres of Patio Cleaner, when they arrived one had leaked and had hardly anything in it, the other two only were half full. I was promised three replacements but I am still waiting.

item as described but payed express delevery which took 5 days to arrive, not happy to pay 5.99 for that. and no one replied to my email asking where it was.

Hi Mark, unfortunately you did order late on the Thursday after our cuttoff for shipping an order the same day. This meant your item was shipped on the Friday and the carriers do not deliver over the weekend

Ordered an item at a good price but was sent the wrong item. I called up to get this sorted as I needed the tools before Saturday. I was told the item would be with me before Saturday but it has not turned up resulting in me losing a days wages. Unfortunately I am very unhappy with the service given. Apart from that the customer service over the phone was good and staff was very friendly.

The Rustins Thinner I ordered was stopped in customs. If you cannot ship to the US, please don't indicate that you can.

Hi Linda, I am sorry that we were unable to get the goods to you. The service you chose was for the parcel to be sent through Ebay's Global Shipping service. They are responsible for allocating which parcels can be sent to which destination and any restrictions that may apply. If you raise an Ebay case they should refund you for the items that were not received

Hi Liben, I have looked into your issue and it does appear on the item you purchased that the manufacturer took their logo off the front of the hat for some reason. It is a genuine product though and we have requested that the site is updated with their latest image. If you did not want the item you are free to return it to us for a full refund

The light I ordered was broke, now to receive one that’s working I have to take a day off wait in from 9-6 which is a one time offer or I’m forced to pay to send it back not at all impressed

Your staff member that I spoke to was extremely helpful, I placed the order, two small items, immediately via ebay, BUT this small parcel took six days to arrive. This is far too long and really messed up our work. The items are good.

Listed an item for sale, with delivery dates, which they did not have in stock. I was obliged to wait, and so attempted a number of times to cancel the order by email quoting the order number. I received no acknowledgement, and when I finally made contact was told that the item was now available and could be delivered within two days, and was then asked if I would like the order to go ahead. I regard this episode as a dubious trading practice, and will not deal with these people again.

Hi Philip, I am sorry to hear that the service you received was far from ideal. It is quite normal for online traders to list stock that is still held at suppliers locations, especially if it is a heavy item such as the cast iron fireplace that you ordered. This helps us achieve the low sales price that you took advantage of. Sometimes the stock is found to be incorrect and we do our best to deal with these situations as best we can. I cannot see any email correspondence regarding your cancellation request, but if this was missed then I apologise

A lack of service and keeping you up-to-date about your purchase is disgusting when you do email them you get an email back that short sharp and not very helpful

Ordered an item on 21 September. I needed it for the 28 September. I paid for 2 day express delivery And it arrived too late on 28 September. No contact from the company. Disgraceful. Won't be using them again

Ordered a number of items received part of order but after emailing PTD was told other items would follow. Got delivery few days later minus an item queried this to be told it had been delivered??? So again emailed PTD and aaaiting response!

Hi Simon, your order was shipped in 2 separate consignments which may have caused some confusion. Both are showing as signed for and delivered with GPS locations at your premises

paint tin arrived damaged and paint leaked out of tin into cardboard box .the box held the spill ,but it was a mess to clean up, fortunately there was enough left to do the job.. I did send a complaint but received no reply.

I ordered 2 x tubs (Pack of 1250) reisser 3.5mmx 40mm wood screws. I received the wrong order of 1 900 pc 4.0x 50 and 1 tub 5.0 x 50 600 pc screws. I rang 3 times to try and sort out the issue, each time I left a message asking if someone could call me back. No body did. Having emailed to try to resolve the matter , I was informed they only communicate by email. After several emails I am waiting for my correct order to arrive and the collection of the return incorrect delivery. This whole fiasco could have been sorted out with one phone call. I think they need to review there customer service policy

product wasn't with me on date which was set, only received tracking number once I'd got to the delivery day and only when emailed requesting it, wrote an email regarding my purchase and didn't receive a reply just an email with tracking number.

Hi Adam, I'm sorry to hear that your order didn't arrive in the timescales expected. I have looked into the case as it was on a 2-3 day service and was delivered on the 3rd day as far as i can see. I think support may have assumed that the dispatch email with the tracking code in it was enough to answer the question you emailed to us and that a further email was unnecessary
