One of the tubs of fence paint had leaked around seal

Ordered an item. A week later which was when the item was due to arrive, I was only just informed that the item was out of stock and they would not be able to fulfil my order until a month later. However there was a more expensive alternative in-stock which they could which they could supply me with at my cost.

I am sorry for the situation that arose. We did refund you in full for the shipping on the order and the only reason we were not able to upgrade your product for free was because there was a significant difference in price and you had ordered a large number of the item in question. This is a very rare occurrence and I am sorry for any inconvenience this caused you

Hi Maurice, I am sorry to hear that your order didn't arrive with you in the time expected. There is an express delivery option for the product you ordered, but it seems that the standard 5-7 day service was selected

Posting charges are very high. I paid 4.95 pounds to deliver 2 pencils, and were delivered 5 days later. Be careful not to pay for the bagged service, normal delivery takes the same time.

Hi Bernado, I have looked into your case and can see that you ordered on a Friday after the 12pm shutoff time for processing that day. Hence your order would have been processed and shipped on the next working day, Monday, for delivery to you Tuesday. This would have been shown to you at checkout as would the price before you hit submit for the order. So I am sorry to hear that the order didn't arrive with as you expected, but it was according to our standard terms and conditions as shown at checkout

After paying next day delivery, no contact was made to inform me that their supplier had not delivered and I would not receive the item the next day. I had to chase the company.

The goods were dispatched okay. But I have xontacted them to know the name of the carrier but they did not bother to reply.

I ordered paint and a paintbrush, and the parcel arrived quickly. Unfortunately, despite being charged for both, I only received the paint and despite emailing,have yet to receive a reply.

Hi Harriet, I am advised that your issue was resolved earlier today. It was due to a listing error on the Tesco site. We unfortunately don't sell the item they have advertised for us so you have been refunded in full for the order and may keep the item sent in error. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused

I ordered the express delivery for 7.95 on the 25th of may but received it on the 30th it stated 1 to 2 days

Hi, unfortunately the carriers do only operate on working days and as the order was placed just before the bank holiday this was responsible for the delay you encountered I'm afraid

I thought the price for postage was very high, £12 for a four 3mm metal burrs, placed the order on the Sunday 14th May and didn't receive them until Monday the 22nd, not great.

Hi Brian, I am very sorry to hear of the delay with your order. We did ship the order on the day after the order was received for processing, but it appears that as the shipment was for the Scottish Highlands it was delayed by the carrier I'm afraid

I ordered on a Sunday but it clearly said I would have the item delivered on the Monday which it was not it was delivered on the Tuesday even after paying for the quick delivery.

Hi Jon, I am sorry to hear that the item didn't arrive in time for your needs. Unfortunately the carriers we use do not offer a Sunday collection and we are closed on this day also. Our site should never have displayed a delivery day of Monday as we simply can't achieve this.

Your website had a ticking clock telling me I had 90 minutes to purchase for Friday (next day) delivery. I did that but delivery was not until the following Monday. Your site also headlines free delivery. This was not the case. You cover yourself in the small print, but it is small. Your customer service desk was courteous but only told me to refer to the express carriers. Not helpful.

I paid for express (1-2 day) delivery but it took 2 business days just to despatch the order, no chance of delivering it within that timeframe. In addition, the paint arrived open with limited spillage.

Hi Christine, this was a very unusual case as the warehouse did mark the full quantity as shipped which was found not to be the case after we investigated. As soon as the error was identified we did send out the balance on an express service. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you

When I placed the order, the delivery confirmation wasgiven for the 18th Wednesday. I gave it an extra day before collecting it, only to be told if I hadn't got the FM number I couldn't receive it. Please note the FM number didn't actually arrive until 10-16am today Friday the 20th of January. So far I am not impressed with your delivery system. One can only hope it will get better!!!!

Hi Sandra, I am sorry to hear of your poor experience. The FM number you refer to is part of Ebay's Argos collection system which we have no control over I'm afraid.

Email received confirming order was ready for collection. However, on arrival at at trade counter advised that only one of the two items was available for collection, due to "computer problem". Which subsequently meant another trip to the shop to pick up the remaining item. Not impressed with service or their computer system.

We paid for the 1-2 day express delivery, which should have meant delivery on Thursday or Friday, but it was delivered the following Tuesday - 7 days after the order was placed. On top of that, one item was missing from the order - only a small item, worth less than £2, but customer services have refused to send this. So we are not impressed, frankly.

Hi Robin, you are quite correct that this order was dispatched too late. It seems that there was a stocking error and we had to source more stock before your order could be dispatched. Paid for express delivery, they sent package via Royal Mail 2nd Class Refunded difference in postage costs, not really the point I needed parts for a job, arrived after I finished the job Wrote e mail after saying it took 4 days to arrive - no answer!

We would never advise anyone to order online what is required for a crucial project as their are too many factors that could potentially hold up the order
