Your website had a ticking clock telling me I had 90 minutes to purchase for Friday (next day) delivery. I did that but delivery was not until the following Monday.
Your site also headlines free delivery. This was not the case. You cover yourself in the small print, but it is small.
Your customer service desk was courteous but only told me to refer to the express carriers. Not helpful.
