Listed an item for sale, with delivery dates, which they did not have in stock. I was obliged to wait, and so attempted a number of times to cancel the order by email quoting the order number. I received no acknowledgement, and when I finally made contact was told that the item was now available and could be delivered within two days, and was then asked if I would like the order to go ahead.
I regard this episode as a dubious trading practice, and will not deal with these people again.
