I’m sure the product will be fine when it gets here.
However, when I placed an order on 6 April, the website showed the item to be in stock but a subsequent email from Power Tools Direct said that the item would not be delivered until 4 May 2021. This is almost a month after the initial projected delivery date. I had work in mind for the new drill and have had to take it elsewhere to be completed. A request to have the delivery charge refunded by way of an apology for late delivery and inconvenience was rejected.
