Ordered on a Monday for an item showing in stock and paid for next day delivery, I didnt receive the order the next day and had to chase them daily for updates with constantly being told it will be sent tomorrow .. tomorrow came 7 days later with no appology or refund for the express delivery. It would have propably helped matters if the staff would have been trained to be polite and appologetic.
