Very poor communication, orders not delivered on time despite paying premium.
Unable to contact on phone they did eventually respond on email but it was as though that jolted them to deliver, really frustrating. I had to cancel the workman who was coming as it took way too long.
When the products came (I had to place 2 orders) I was pleased with the product and the price however, this does not make up for the is this product going to arrive feeling.
