“Taken money but no stock, then email to say items have been dispatched from Gosia? Then email saying refunded, no stock Gave tracking number for items not in stock? Very poor”

“Ordered on 24th April, money went straight out of my account. Then had to wait until 6th May for item to be delivered!!! Sent email asking where my order was, reply two days later saying it has been dispatched (it hadnt), no apology, nothing. Absolutely appalling service!”

“I ordered a cement mixer on 1st May which indicated delivery by 5 May. When I had completed my transaction, the dates given were 5 or 6 May. It's now the 7th May and I've finally been given a tracking notice with FEDEX. I went to the site, and FEDEX haven't even received the item yet. When I chased via email, all I got was an acknowledgement of my email, and a note telling me not to send more emails. Won't be using this shower again!”

“I ordered and after two weeks I found out by logging on to my account that they had cancelled and refunded my order. No explanation, no apology, just plain rude and unprofessional. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I did try to phone to track my order and only got a recording saying they were too busy and if I email please only do it once. I assume from that they are having issues?”

“The item wasn't dispatched until one week after promised delivery window on ordering. Slow response via email and didn't answer telephone. Now the courier has failed to even attempt delivery on three consecutive days (I've been in the whole time). Still not received item 10 days after the advertised delivery prior to putchase.”

“Placed an order which was supposed to be delivered Wednesday. We’re now well past that and no updates, no tracking nothing! The worst bit, phone calls don’t get picked up and emails remain unanswered. There’s some half hearted auto message on the phone once it rings out about delays due to staff shortages. That’s simply not good enough, if you genuinely have delays you should have people responding, not ignoring customer. Avoid these guys, it’s really not worth the agro trying to unsuccessfully get things sorted when it’s not working. Buy from elsewhere I will be, going forward..”

“Order placed 18.00 Thursday and opted for express delivery. The order was not dispatched until Wednesday, so counting Friday as the day of order, Wednesday would be the 3rd working day, so not a hope in hell of achieving the promised 2-3 day delivery.”

“I placed an order and paid extra for the quicker delivery option. 4 days later, no sign of it being dispatched, no response to an enquiry via the website and a useless recorded telephone message saying they were busy. I needed the order to complete. Job and so this has ad to be postponed and an alternative supplier found. Completely useless and I have cancelled my order.”

“Very poor, this company does not answer the phone just suggests you email, days to reply to emails, then cancels the order due to no stock. Does not issue a refund just a credit so now have to chase. They are still inviting orders for the same product, saying its in stock and promising a 3 day delivery if ordered within 22 hours. After reading this you would be mad to order from this outfit”
