“ordered 2 keyed alike padlocks, arrived a day late, tracking number didn't work 'items not tracked until attempted delivery made'”

“The tools and items are of a reasonable price and quality. Not too happy about the cost of postage, £1 difference between rapid delivery and standard which can take up to a week. Standard delivery should either be free or at the least half price to rapid delivery.”

“Need to clarify that the express shipping option for £6.95 is Royal Mail 24 (not Tracked 24). I'd strongly recommend that you look at alt couriers - for £6.95 you can almost afford Parcelforce.”

“Great service and easy ordering procedure. I only ordered a small plastikote silver paint and the only negative is that the postage was nearly twice the price of the little can of touch up paint. I couldn't however find this paint anywhere else so was the next best option. Nothing wrong with service or product”
