The box arrived without any outer wrapping and had been re-sealed in transit. Some of the small bits were missing and it was a pretty frustrating couple of hours trying to figure out what was missing as they don't give you a parts list! However after a couple of e-mails to Power Tools Direct they gave me a full refund so that was pretty good service. Things will go wrong, and when they do, it's how the thing is dealt with that's important.
