“The goods received were what we wanted. However, as we live just around the corner from the Industrial unit we were disappointed that we weren't able to collect. Instead, the item was sent up to DHL at Gatwick only to be sent back to us, which meant we paid for unnecessary journeys and got the item a day later than we might have done. Surely there should be a collection facilities for local residents.”

“The service was good as expected. However, the product was not good. It only sifts from the edges and its hard to keep pressure on the spring. no good unless the matter is very dry. I ended up pushing the soil through by hand I wouldn't recommend the product.”

“Thank you for the hose pipe I ordered. The delivery was disappointing being promised one day between certain hours and not arriving, then being notified it had been delivered and subsequently given a delivery date the next day! Not your fault, but the delivery company concerned has a poor reputation locally. David Hull”
