“Ordered a Clarke generator, best price I could find. PTD kept me informed as to tge progress of my order at all times and it was delivered, well packed and secure on a pallet. Excellent service.”

“Items were delivered on time but were packed very poorly, Just put in an envelope unwrapped and because of this knocked against each other causing some chips and scratches on the items”

“I was pleased with the competitive prices and prompt service. However the rose of the watering can has several very large scratches. I contacted you to see if the rose could be replaced. I sent photos. I have not heard if I am going to get a replacement as I requested. This is about one week ago. Not very impressed with this.”

“Really quick delivery, purchased a turf cutting tool which was an excellent price and does the job I needed it for really well I rated 4 stars and not 5 due to cost of delivery especially as only the head of the tool was wrapped in thin black plastic, the wooden handle which is quite long was not wrapped at all. For £7.95 del charge I expected better”
