“Product was excellent, and as advertised, courier was a little frustrating, said they had delivered and they hadn't even been, I was in all day! Eventually delivered couple of days later but shouldn't say they have been when they haven't.”

“There was a small confusion re the delivery as order was stating completed, but had not at that time received item, it arrived 2 days later. The item arrived in a jiffy bag &whilst the postman was attempting to post it through the letter box he stabbed his finger, causing it to bleed, due to part of the item having a fold away pointed part which was not secure in transport, this needs to be addressed.”

“Although the delivery was good and on time, unfortunately, there was a hiccup with the order, the wrong item sent, which set my work program out of sync but rectified and resolved within 48 hrs, hence four stars.”

“Good competitive price. Initially when ordered received no confirmation.Had to email and received a very quick reply explaining they had a problem with their confirmation system. Received a confirmatory email soon after the reply. Then heard nothing for about 3 working days when received an email telling me goods were despatched. They arrived two days later. At present if you have a query have to email them as a phone message directs you to contact them that way, however they answered my email quickly.”

“Just what I wanted at a competitive price. Fast delivery. I was disappointed that it was delivered in its original box so it arrived very bashed with loads of sellotape as it's a practical gift for Xmas! Not tested yet but I'm sure it'll be fine.”

“Good price and kept us informed about dispatch. Delivery took a week because it came in a Royal Mail wrapper that said the packaging was damaged when it reached them (a corner had punctured the Jiffy bag). Would use again.”
