There was a small confusion re the delivery as order was stating completed, but had not at that time received item, it arrived 2 days later.
The item arrived in a jiffy bag &whilst the postman was attempting to post it through the letter box he stabbed his finger, causing it to bleed, due to part of the item having a fold away pointed part which was not secure in transport, this needs to be addressed.
