“The only criticism of the company is that they didn’t use wrapping tape labelled fragile or glass. The paint I ordered was very well wrapped in bubble wrap, fortunately as the delivery driver thought it was okay to drop the package over a 6’6” gate onto block paving. How the tins survived I’ll never know, they were every shape you can think of.”

“had problems with deleriving and comms - but infairness recovered really well and quickly - even sent me a money off wine voucher!! about to order from them again and hoping it goes wrong!?! trust worthy , care about your custom - deserve to be bought from - well done thing always can go wrong you guys recovered marvellously”

“Excellent all round, with one exception. Packaging was absolutely rubbish. A thin polythene bag. It had split, exposing the wood of the tool handle. Fortuitously, there was no damage. Very pleased with everything else though.”
