“Generally pleased with the service with the order being delivered on the expected date. However, my order was placed without an account and there was no communication from PTD to follow the order progress. Probably not a problem with an account. When I enquired about delivery the response was prompt and useful. I would use PTD again now I have set up an account.”

“Ordering and delivery were quick and efficient. The product (pop up garage) did have one or two minor discrepancies (mixed poles and absent fixing holes) but not sufficient to return the goods and possible to work round.”

“I ordered three tins of Ronseal Paint, delivery was fine, packaging needs to be improved, all three tins were very bashed on receipt, good job there was cling film round the lids. So fix this and I'll be happy the next time I order.”

“Items are very competitively priced, with reasonable delivery charges. Items are delivered quickly and well packaged as well. The only problems I found was that due to Covid phones are unmanned, it also took three emails to get an invoice, if it wasn't for that, I'd have given 5 stars.”

“Items received on time, and although packaging was good one item of the six was damaged not sure if this was done in shipping or it was sent out like it. Item was still ok to keep and I don’t think it worth getting on to them about this.”
