Paid £6.95 for next day delivery (ordered late Wednesday so Friday was the delivery date which was perfect as job was Saturday) didn’t arrive until Monday so waste of extra postage. Other than that good product.

Delivered really quickly but left outside my back door where anyone could have taken it! I also left clear instructions to leave with a neighbour :(

The walking hammer that I purchased was delivered within a reasonable timescale and was in good condition, however, the shaft of the hammer is not aligned with the hammer head.

Your service was great. I paid more for a fast delivery, and you dispatched accordingly. However, not too happy with the delivery service. i received a text that the unit would be delivered to my door, and if i am not in then a photo would be taken as proof of delivery. i was not in at the time, had to locate a shop where i could pick the parcel up next day. Need not have paid for quicker delivery, as it didnt happen!

Unfortunately one part of the order was lost by the courier and the other part arrived in a damaged box with a part missing. They did try to get a part sent out, but that was the wrong one and with delays in the end I cancelled. 6/10 for effort.

Good service, good product but please think about packaging, the black plastic you wrap the product in is awful, difficult to remove and cannot be recycled, would be great if you could replace with something more sustainable

Fast and efficient, the product was what I required and was as described. The P&P was the most I have ever paid for anything I’ve ordered on line from a company in this country, didn’t think you could pay so much for postage for something that didn’t require a signature and fit through my letter box.

Good products at great prices but service let down by dispatch time. Paid £8.95 for delivery but was not dispatched for 5 days then sent on a next day service. Working in the trade I need items sooner so will only use when I’m not desperate for items.

Customer service needs attention, contact number on site is not answered. Email only, which was not answered particularly swiftly. Products took a week to arrive despite quoting a 2-3 day delivery window. Items badly wrapped for transport, black plastic wrap used which is not recyclable. Shame as pricing is competitive.

It was all fine but ultimately it was let down by the delivery driver failing to allow enough time for us to answer the door. This meant that we had to wait a further day & then make a separate journey to another village several miles away. The inconvenience we suffered was therefore caused by the driver`s impatience.

Product I ordered turned out to be out of stock. They were still advertising in stock even after they discovered this. Emails were one line responses, phone lines were not accepting calls. Got a refund but very disappointed with the whole interaction.

The product was as ordered and fit for purpose. However, I ordered on the basis of delivery in 5-7 days .... after 7 days of hearing nothing I chased and received a confirmation late that evening (technically into Day 8 after the order) that it was shipped and I would receive the item the next day. Given the lack of communication until I chased up, I get the strong impression that my order had been lost or forgotten until I took action.
