“Needed a pump by a certain date. Company was impossible to contact by phone to confirm stock, although it was showing on website as 'in stock'. Eventually took a chance and placed order. Later received a reply to one of our e-mails sent to addresses shown on the website and on Facebook. Pump arrived in time, as promised and at a good price but company really needs to improve their 'accessibility' and 'contactability'.”

“Order placed on website and subsequently canceled two days later as part was out of stock. A full refund was received but have wasted 2 days waiting for this, surly stock levels could be updated to avoid this situation in the future.”

“Second time I've ordered from Power Tools Direct. Good range of products at decent prices. But. Customer service isn't brilliant. No update on delivery, so after a week emailed but no reply. Next day got a delivery notification from the courier. Not sure if it was coincidence or not but not great that a whole week went by with nothing...”

“Ordered on a Monday, and paid the extra for express delivery. Items dispatched on Thursday and received on Friday. Expected items a little quicker as I would normally from other sites. A little slow to dispatch. But items were competitively priced.”

“Product was fine. Perhaps we have got too used to next day delivery but, for someting stated to be 'in stock' despatch was very slow. 'Delivery by Thursday' turned into delivery by the next Tuesday. Fedex did deliver 24 hours after collection though.”

“This is a very poor website, you struggle through with your’e order, then it will not let you pay, site keeps jumping from one thing to another. very Poor, dreading now what the goods will be like, we shall see, if I receive them.”
