Well I was wanting to provide a 5 star review, however, that is not possible.
I ordered a digital torque adapter that arrived without batteries. On double checking the website nowhere did it say anything like "batteries not included". Being an electronic device one expects that it will include batteries.
I contacted customer service on 19.08.25 to complain as I consider their advert to be misleading. To date (22.08.25) I have not had a reply.
