“Ordered 10 of one item - they were a good price. Contacted them and they got back quickly to confirm said items were in stock. Ordered them and they arrived ahead of schedule. Good shopping experience. I'd recommend Power Tools Direct.”

“The product is distributed from Norwich where I live so paying £6.95 for delivery and taking so long to get here seems expensive. Took ages to remove all the plastic including the handle so I feel improvements could be made. It was stated it was delivered to a neighbor ?”

“I purchased a 4 piece Stanley Carpenter tool set for my Grandson, who is now at college, studying Carpentry. My husband is a retired Carpenter and when I showed him, he said it was brilliant and how he wished, many years ago, when he started, he had such a great set of tools. They are brilliant and boxed so well. My Grandson will be well chuffed. Service was great, prices very competitive. Thank you Power Tools Direct. Will certainly recommend you.”

“The tool delivered was a quality item from Fiskars. I rang before delivery to request it was suitably packaged for postage due to the cost of the item but was told this was left to the warehouse team. On delivery these expensive loppers simply had bubble wrap on the handles and cutting head. The aluminium adonized handles had been left exposed. If these had been scratched up during postage I would have sent them back as damaged goods with all the usual time and both to customer and you. Luckily, they weren't, but I'd suggest more attention to packing quality/expensive items properly to avoid any dissapointment. Nothing wrong with speed of delivery. Many thanks”

“Good value product, the only slight issue I had was the time it took from order to delivery, almost 1 full week despite paying £7 for delivery. Other than this, no problems at all, the charger works really well and was priced better than anyone else.”
