“I was pleased with your service but I do wonder if your systems have been hacked. The morning I was expecting the delivery I received a text from a courier saying they had been unable to deliver my package. Half way through responding I realised it was a scam. I very rarely purchase over the internet and so do not receive deliveries very often. I hadn't had one of these delivery text scams for over a year so to get one on the morning I was expecting a delivery seemed too much of a coincidence.”

“Paid £5.95 postage for an item that costs £3.95 and waited 10 days for delivery. Phones not answered, email response terrible. Awful customer service, avoid at all costs.”

““I ordered a garden tool and received order confirmation on 23 March but no mention of delivery timeframe. I emailed for an update but only received a marketing-style reply of no relevance, and the phone support wasn’t reachable. Still no delivery confirmation or an acceptable reply.”

“I make a complaint by email and you do not reply. You ALSO do not answer the phone. All I get is a message "Person is not available - GOODBYE" I mean how rude is that? So you are just another company keen to sell you stuff but when things are not right you suddenly disappear! Signs of a scam business. D Smith.”

“Great item at a very reasonable price, but very slow delivery. £6.95 for express delivery that took 5 days to arrive. Very poor, not sure I will use again. This was not down to Royal Mail has the label was only printed Friday, which was 5 working days post order.”

“My order was placed using express delivery, the order wasn't even despatched until the evening of the indicated delivery day. The reply to my enquiry was very slow. The item I purchased was as described, I just feel let down by slow despatch and poor customer service.”

“Only part of the order was delivered. The picture on-line showed two pieces a lever arm and a pivot block but only the arm was delivered. Which is useless on its own. I am NOT happy.”
