“Ordered ref 1000626708 and still waiting Sent 4 emails via their website and had no response. I have tried calling but their phone number is unobtainable”

“Placed an order on Jume 18th, for a Kent and Stowe Capability spade, paying the extra for express delivery. Now, on June 23rd, I still do not have my order, despite literally living within a mile of the warehouse. However, they no longer allow you to collect your order, unlike back when there was a trade counter. Unfortunately, since that shut, the service has declined markedly. Email goes without a response. The phoneline, despite working well enough to provide a message, tells you that there is no working phoneline and to email any queries - not much good when they go without a response. I had planned to order quite a lot more stuff, but based on this latest transaction, I'm having second thoughts. 😒”

“Placed large order on 14th June and paid extra extra for express delivery. 8 days later no delivery, no response from Sales email address querying order. The phone number listed rings out to message stating they have no active phone number. Do not truse reviews here at - check trustpilot reviews 3.3 wirh 2200 reviews Directors also have similar company "BUILDING SUPPLIES DIRECT LTD " registered with many bad reviews, Do not recommend to use this company.”

“I am very furious because I ordered something a week before father's day and it clearly said if I ordered something i should receive it before 17th June we'll it's clearly gone past 17th June and still not happy about it very poor service in my opinion I won't be ordering anything here again”

“truley shocking company. when you ring the phoine message says we dont take calls anymore so email us and when you email you get no response. i placed my order on staurday for delivery as stated on there website weds or thursday still nothing after a week of my customer complaining to me in the end i got my money back from paypal so beware and shop elswhere.”
