“Purchased a compression tester from this company which didn't arrive on time . Contacted them which was a waste of time. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I got them involved . Got the compression tester two day's later . Absolutely shocking customer service i certainly will not use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.”

“Ordered around 6 items totalling around £125, an eye watering £17 for standard shipping and handling. After a few days I got two credit memos saying they couldn’t fulfil my order on some items, and removed 3 items and refunded me, all while leaving the shipping price the same. I got frustrated with this as im sick and tired of companies saying they have items and don’t. I asked to cancel my order and refund everything back. First time user of their service and won’t be returning, will stick with Amazon.”

“One big problem for this company to fix is setting the customers expectation. If your going to say ' order within the next x hours and get a delivery on x date' then you need to be able to achieve that expectation. To receive an order a day late, is ok, to receive an order 6 days after the planned date is bad and would prevent me using the company again.”

“Absolutely shocking customer service ( it doesn’t exist ) . Ordered AstroTurf glue 10 days ago , paid express delivery so it was with me within 2 days . Still not here , still no response ,Tried phoning 20 times today alone and still nothing . Going to go buy from somewhere else now as I needed the glue last week 🤯🤯 avoid very frustrating”

“100% will never buy from them again. They have a phone number on their website that no one ever answers. I have been querying my parcel but only recieving replies back every 3 days. Paid for "express delivery" for something they don't stock. They show prices "inclusive of VAT" and then charge you extra VAT at the checkout. Absolutely dismal customer service”

“I am pleased by the prices for high quality goods. Goods were not delivered in the estimate given so that was a bit disappointing but not a disaster luckily. Power Tools Direct need to talk to FedEx 1) about tracking which was messed up. 2) both parcels packaging somewhat crushed, one parcel punctured but goods seem undamaged due to strenght of packaging rather than FedEx handling.”

“I don't often do this: do not do business with this company. I ordered adhesive last week that I needed for a job at the weekend. The advertised delivery on the product page (for delivery x/x/x order by xx:xx) said it would have arrived in good time. It didn't. Here's where the fun starts... try contacing them. I've called maybe 35 or 40 times over two days (that's a lot of surface area) and the phone has never been answered. I emailed but the auto-response email has red flags: "please don't email repeatedly," "due to staff shortages, processing is slower than usual". If this was the case, it should have been clearly indicated on the site. As mentioned, I needed this quicky. Now I need it urgently and have sourced elsewhere - but I can't even get hold of Power Tools Direct company to request a refund!”
