“I ordered some tins of interior wood varnish from Power Tools as their price was the best I found for the items I wanted . I was also encouraged by the positive reviews from existing clients . The order arrived very promptly and was really securely packed . Overall , 100% satisfaction and unconditionally recommended . I shall not hesitate to use them again as and when the need arises . “Price of items was very good, unfortunately, interaction with customer was poor. Items were delayed for delivery due to low stock but I was not notified of this which in turn delayed the job for my customer.”

“Reliable company to deal with. Quick delivery via Royal Mail. After-sales assistance is prompt and helpful, although via e-mail. I was unable to speak directly on the phone with a technical adviser, which I always prefer, since a quick conversation with an expert can ofter resolve an apparently complex problem with minimum delay or fuss (hence my 4-star rating, which otherwise would have been 5-star). Power Tools Direct have a very good range of brands and products (in this case a Sealey grease gun). Should the need arise in future, I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.
