“excessive delivery charge added after”

“Quick delivery, well wrapped ( difficult shape, so can't of been easy) , great price, have saved this seller for future purposes, as I don't have alot of worktop space in my garage, having a permanent vice bolted down would of got in the way, plus where the holes would of gone through the worktop ,once I removed the vice , would of had to find some sort of plug, with this clamp down vice, solved all my problems, study built and easy to use”

“The item took over 2 weeks to arrive despite being listed "In Stock" on the website. The company does not answer telephone calls or respond to voicemails or email. After 10 days I did receive an email to say there was a slight delay from the supplier. Charged £7.95 Delivery and Handling, courier method -Express Parcel , actually came in a small envelope by Royal Mail!”

“Your prices were good but the service was let down by your delivery company. Your delivery company left this item by my front door. Despite me responding to both a text and email from them to leave the package with a neighbour as we are away. Tracking number 7076204633 The item was left in the rain and made it obvious that we were away. We had to make arrangements for it to be collected. How is that ‘Delivered Exactly’, which the company DX have as their slogan? First purchase from you - very disappointed.”
