“Very poor. Express Delivery took 6 days due to "staff shortages". When I asked for the delivery charge back, told delivery times just estimates. Pull the other one. Martin Avery”

“The pair of boots I ordered are great, no complaints there. However, instead of me receiving them in a few days it took the best part of three weeks to arrive. During that time I tried contacting the company via email and phone. All I got was an email saying they have staff shortages and don’t send other emails as my query will end up back of the queue. I’ve given only one star due to the poor customer service”

“My order arrived incomplete. A padlock with no keys. The box was torn and opened inside the jiffy envelope. I have contacted the company and sent photos as requested. I received an email back telling me not to contact them again as they were experiencing a high demand of enquiries. So I guess I just need to sit tight and hope my problem is resolved soon. It would be good to know what's happening as my shed is currently unlocked.”

“Placed my order with express delivery, after enquiring where my delivery was 5 working days later instead of a refund for postage at the least they just cancelled my order with no email to even explain why. Poor service and won’t use again.”

“#AVOID THIS COMPANY AND IT’S PRODUCTS# I bought 5 bull dog manure forks from you and when they arrived they were not the same as the ones advertised. They were I believe substandard cheap imitation fakes. My previous ones were supplied by bull dog direct and they have been great. The worst thing about my experience with you was that when I tried calling or emailing no one EVER answered the phone or replied to my emails. Needless to say I won’t be using you again for my tools.”

“They use DX for delivery . A Google search in them tells you all the issues. Failed delivery twice and false claim that they tried to deliver. Go elsewhere to someone who uses FedEx or similar.”

“Dreadful customer service, phones are unmanned and there is a complete lack of communication. I placed an order based on the delivery window shown online and upgraded the delivery option to get it quicker. I had no communication from the company, after multiple emails (a day after the delivery was due) and multiple calls (all unanswered) I was finally informed they don't even have the item in stock and have no date of this arriving! I will never purchase from here again.”

“Bought a product from Power Tools Direct via eBay UK. The sales item said "In stock" with delivery in 3-5 days. After 11 days had passed the order was cancelled by the seller. No communication. Only found out cancellation by logging in to my eBay account. One positive - this purchase was fully refunded.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is the worst customer service I have ever had from an online company. The item I ordered was quoted as in stock on the 12th May, paid extra for express delivery. Obviously not in stock, which can happen, but no contact whatsoever from the company. They do not reply to contact forms or email, the telephone number provided is not manned and they do not respond to messages left. I asked them to cancel my order and process a refund if the item was not available over a week ago. Today I get an email with a Credit Memo, no explanation no mention of a refund. I will obviously pursue this to get a chargeback.”
