“AWFUL company, i made an order by mistake as it was dvrtised FREE SHIPPING after paying VIA PAYPAL I noticed it had added £7 shipping making the purchase not as cheap as other merchants. I instantly tried to cancel. Chat was offline Email didnt respond phoned and it said closed even tho all of these were within there opening times. Got an email next day saying they couldnt cancel as it ahd been shipped, Also irt said if i orderd before a certain time it was next day delivery, Here iI am 4 days later still not receivedd the goods. CONMERCHANTS”

“Great price but offset by high-ish delivery. Not easy to contact by phone. Chosen deliverer DX didn't deliver because we were not in, somewhat outdated requirement. Overall ok.”

“Quick ordering, v quick delivery, good price for what I ordered( after online costing). I goofed up one order, entirely my fault, but they corrected things straightaway. So I'm surprised at the bad reviews below. I will be using PTD again.”

“Aftyer being a Power Tools Customer for several years I was extremely disappointed this year after nearly 3 weeks from the Order, Power Tools have now offered a Refund. Poor overall service - which in part seems to be caused by a poor Delivery Contractor: a change may be required by Power Tools”
