“Good prices & one of the few stocking the stone colour trowel mastic I needed for blonde sandstone. A close match obtained too. Very good response from customer services, adding confidence. It would be useful if the delivery estimate at the order point, transferred to the email confirmation, as it left me trying to remember what date to expected delivery.”

“They were late with the delivery and didn't give me any update to know what was happening and when I decided and told them that I was canceling the order they delivered it to me even though I asked them repeatedly not to send me the order. They did it on purpose so they wouldn't make a refund. After they sent the delivery they told me to send it back at my own expense because that's their policy”
