“100% awarded for customer services. 100% awarded for price. 50% for delivery, which was early but sadly poor packaging led to items inside being broken. Bubble wrap would have most likely prevented the damage but also better treatment of the parcel by the courier company would have also helped. My issue was very quickly resolved, so this gives me faith for further purchases.”
