“Amazing prices - like unbeatable. I got 4 garden tools for £50. A roughneck spade and edging iron, kent and stowe handtool and a draped metal brush - for £50 is insane value. The delivery time was a bit longer than usual - tool about 10 days, but the value is insanely good. Try to get 4 good tools for £50 out of b&q or amazon - it literally wont happen. 5 stars, will buy again.”

“AVOID - I was sent the wrong product and they wouldn't arrange a collection or issue the refund despite emailing them several times. PS. I'm writing this 4 weeks after ordering - No resolution - AVOID AVOID AVOID”

“Ordered 4 April, it is now cob 13 April. Order still showing as 'processing'. No reply to email and they never answer the phone. I appreciate we have had Easter but getting no reply to the only 2 methods they provide to contact them is shoddy. A reply saying they are experiencing delays would be enough. At the moment my money has disappeared into a black hole, I need the items or an ETA so I know whether to just buy it from Screwfix or if it will turn up tomorrow. Unimpressed so far. I can't even tell if their trade counter is still in operation to go and collect it in person. A complete lack of information or contact.”

“The address on the package was not mine, for some reason it had 15 Jerome close on it. Because of this it took me 3 days to locate. I don’t know if it was you guys or Royal Mail that changed my address but it left me very frustrated.”
