“Product was never received. Would never order from this company again due to the delivery charge and the failure to do such thing. No option on the chosen delivery companies site to find your delivery when not delivered. Poor all round.”

“I ordered a 44mm punch wad, 19mm punch came. Tried calling all day, no answer. Drove to their depot, told me they didn't have the correct item there and would have to replace it next week. No apology or customer care. Dreadful; avoid if you care about receiving the correct item on time with good resolution if it goes wrong.”

“Everything from communication to delivery. Order was placed Monday evening so you had it at start of business Tuesday. it took 3 days to pick and you finally shipped it on the day it was due for delivery. Sales team response (Gosia) was apathetic even when she could be bothered to reply. it ended with, your wont get your goods in time, bad luck...and then left for the easter break. it goes without saying. I will not be using you again and certainly will not recommend. Goods if they ever get here will be returned for refund. I suspect the returns and refund will be as painful as the sale and delivery. :-(”

“Unable to talk to anyone, no one answers the, phone, different design to what I ordered, no tracking of delivery, no details of when luckily I wasn't too far from home. Valve was damaged, so couldn't use it, had to repair my self as no answer on phone as usual.”
