“I ordered ‘in stock ‘ items & paid for express delivery as they were needed for a job. After several days I called & got told ‘oh you should receive them tomorrow’, then ‘oh, we haven’t received them yet’. 10 days later, the same excuse. Rude customer service, she talked over me quite forcefully then started yakking to someone else whilst in mid conversation with me. No apology for such bad service. Eventually I got a refund. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend them.”

“Ordered an item that was slightly more expensive than the £6.95 I paid for express delivery. After 3 days of waiting I still did not receive it. Contacted customer service and was simply told they were having issues with suppliers and apologized and thanked me for my patience!!!! In my opinion the item should not have been advertised or marked out of stock if they did not have it.”

“The Heater is very good but the delivery option leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered Monday Arrived Friday Afternoon. FedEx sent a message to say it would be delivered between 8-30 and 12-30, it arrived at 16-30. A day wasted sat waiting for a delivery. Very Poor Service for £25.”

“Placed order 22/10 chased 24/10 got told waiting stock, asked if they could find out when got told No waiting on feed back no attempt to help, 30/10 just got an email to say they have cancelled my order as cannot fulfil, no courtesy call nothing!”

“The product is distributed from Norwich where I live so paying £6.95 for delivery and taking so long to get here seems expensive. Took ages to remove all the plastic including the handle so I feel improvements could be made. It was stated it was delivered to a neighbor ?”
