“Very poor. Product was advertised as next day delivery. This has now been 11 days and still not received products. I had to email customer service to find out what was happening and got a response telling me the didn’t actually have any and that they would inform me when they have it from a supplier and will get it posted when it arrives. Do not use this company if you need anything in a hurry as it is very misleading and seems they don’t stock anything going by other reviews as I don’t seem to be the only one this has happened to.”

“Very Misleading, advertising on google shopping that its free Shipping, when you add to basket and go through checkout, they then charge shipping, very very sneaky, be careful. Needless to say i didnt complete as was available else where for less.”

“I placed an order on Tuesday and at time of ordering the delivery date was given as the Thursday. This was my primary reason for choosing this product and retailer as I needed it ASAP. We are now at Saturday night and I have received no delivery, no tracking information and no response to my enquiries asking for an update on expected delivery timings. I'm likely going to need to postpone the job that I have booked in for Monday as I have zero confidence that what I ordered will arrive in time. Shockingly poor service. I'm trying to avoid buying from Amazon, which I'm sure is what all you independent sellers want us to try to do, but if you're going to be this disappointing then there's sadly simply no choice but to go elsewhere.”

“Very disappointed in the delivery service We were at home at the time arranged The van arrived outside our house and the driver spent 10 minutes looking for the parcel he never informed us that it was missing just left We then received a email saying we were out and could another date be arranged which we have done Very disappointed in the lack of communication”

“Ordered from you because i needed something for a job and you advertised quick delivery. The job is now over and i had to buy the same thing elsewhere wasting my money because this delivery took so long. Its due to arrive today on saturday and it should have been here last monday/Tuesday.”
