“I am still waiting delivery. If you try to ring you get a message saying their phone system isn’t working. If you email them they don’t respond. Unfortunately makes you wonder if they are still a going concern? If not then it is really poor customer service. Please just let me know when my order will be sent - is that too much to ask?”

“Ordered a right angle tap hose connector paid £6.99 for express delivery and it took over a week to arrive. Did contact customer service and spoke to a lovely lady and she explained that they were waiting for stock to be delivered to them but why express delivery if they're not in stock”

“I ordered from them as their delivery date was the quickest if I paid extra for express delivery. They didn’t even ship until after the proposed delivery date causing me issues on site. I raised this with customer service and was told I should have read the Ts and Cs and that delivery was always estimated. They were that blunt. The express delivery just speeds it up after it has been dispatched. No apology, no offer of part refund even for the delivery portion. My response was to say that the dismissive response was totally unacceptable and they just ignored me. Worst customer service I’ve had during an 18 month build process.”
