“Now over a week for "in stock" items purchased with Express Delivery, still showing only as "Processing". Customer Services just state will notify when shipped. Had to buy elsewhere to continue the job.”

“They required a reminder, which could not be by phone. Their website still lists a phone number for order queries, so they need some improvements, but the tools supplied (Faithful router bits) are satisfactory.”

“Awfully slow. Avoid at all costs. Paid extra for express delivery on a Wednesday morning, with the site stating delivery would be within 1-2 days. I enquire where it is on Friday afternoon and it hasn’t even left the warehouse! I’ve now got no screws for a job starting tomorrow! Avoid these amateurs and order from a more reputable company!”

“1 Star Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I placed an order for a tile cutter and heard nothing for almost a week. During that time, I tried contacting the company for an update. My emails went unanswered and every attempt to call resulted in an engaged tone, making it impossible to speak to anyone. When I eventually contacted the company to ask where my order was, I received no explanation for the delay, but coincidentally received a dispatch confirmation the same day. By that point I had already been forced to purchase another tile cutter locally because I had a time-sensitive job to complete. I returned the unused item at my own expense (£12 postage) and once again found myself having to chase for updates. Tracking showed the return had been delivered and signed for, yet I received no communication regarding my refund until I contacted the company again. The most frustrating part of the whole experience was the lack of communication. At no point did the company provide a satisfactory explanation for the delay, nor did they acknowledge the inconvenience caused. Every update seemed to come only after I made contact myself. The refund has now been processed, but only after repeated enquiries. While I have received my money back, the overall service fell well below what I would expect from an online retailer. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them.”

“Poor customer service order took ages to arrive until I finally emailed. When it did arrive (a draper digging hoe) the head was loose on the handle and after half an hour digging in light soil with no stones the metal blade has already got some serious chips in. This leads to me to believe it’s likely not genuine draper tools. Will be avoiding in future.”

“Placed order but didn't hear from them so I emailed twice and phoned 3 times but got no response or acknowledgement. Only got my order sent once I said I was going to cancel the order with PayPal. Item has now been delivered but as yet to try it out”
