If you have any issues with any power city item they will not honour your warranty or your consumer rights as stated in Irish law you have 6 years for a replacement/repair or refund. If you're unfortunate enough to be dealing with Damien O'Neill ( a so called manager) be advised he is extremely rude, aggressive and if the conversation isn't going his way he will just hang up on you.
Stay well clear of this place and shop elsewhere.
