Horrible customer service!
Bought a product I was told wrong info about and wanted to return it after I realised it is not what I wanted so sent a customer service request which is 1 form for everything you need in Powercity. Then they call you because they can be horribly rude over the phone and accuse you saying things you didn't, don't even listen to your problem because they don't want to resolve it anyway. My sincere advice is you don't ever buy anything in power city. Worst customer experience I've ever seen, so rude!
